Long lasting and really work.
To save money, when I needed new prescription glasses this year, I used my old frames that I love so that I'd only have to pay for new lenses. The only problem was that these frames always slide down my nose from my oily skin. It drove me crazy. I would literally be pushing my glasses up every few minutes. The friction gave me those dark lines on the sides of my nose which I also hated. To get the right size, just get a little tape measure like the one you use for sewing. Measure the length of the nose piece on your glasses. That's all there is to it. Once I got them, I cleaned off my glasses nose piece with one of those eyeglass wipes with the alcohol and let dry. Then I put these on and it's been smooth sailing ever since. Mind you, the dark spots on the sides of my nose haven't disappeared and that's just the cost of wearing glasses, I guess. But the friction caused by daily slipping and sliding has subsided. I got these exactly 30 days ago and waited a month before writing this review. I wanted to see how long-lasting they were. It's been a full month and they are still in place. I wipe them frequently with eyeglass wipes to keep oil from my face off them and they haven't budged. I appreciate that there are spares but even if I had to replace these every couple of months, I'd be happy. It's a minor investment for major improvement in comfortable eyeglass wear. === UPDATE: my original review was posted August 24, 2024. I just want to let you know that I am still wearing the first set that I put on my glasses and today is October 11. I wear makeup, and I do have oily skin, but these things really stay put. I just clean it when I clean my glasses with those wet wipes. I just make sure to wipe off the nose pads. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking for comfort and convenience. === ‼️ Another update April 28, 2025. I just uploaded a video review and am emailing that video to GMS, too, to let them know how impressed I am. After 9 months, I STILL have one pair left from the 5-pack. I am a woman with oily-ish skin, I wear makeup, I have hot flashes...the whole nine. If you keep them clean they will last. For instance, whenever I clean my glasses with the wet wipes, I make sure to wipe the nose pads, too. It's like anything else; you need to maintain it to get the best life out of the product. I don't need to place another order just yet, but when I do, I'll get the same brand again. I am truly impressed. So impressed that I didn't even bother using a filter or getting pretty for this video. It is what it is 😆 but you got the message! Follow me for good reviews and REAL reviews.

Cheap, secure and comfortable!
Never write reviews. Got glasses prescribed for the first time, and I got a pair made of plastic. Really loved the frame but it kept sliding down my nose and hurting my ears. Was thinking of changing them. But these nose pads really made wearing the glasses comfortable (no irritation and no ear pain anymore!!!). Just been wearing them for a day but will update in the promised two to three weeks to see if the product description is accurate. The glasses are secure in my head even when bending down or shaking my head. For now, it seems like an inexpensive solution.

have bought multiple times
these like everything have pros and cons. Pros - The pads are soft on the face and don’t get “stuck” but do prevent sliding - the pads come off my glasses without leaving sticky residue - the pads do not get very oily. - they’re practically invisible and nobody can tell they’re on my glasses. - The pads are super thin and don’t push my glasses to high up Cons - They don’t last me 2 weeks as advertised and have to be changed every 5-8 days. - The pads do get oily and less slip resistant after those 5 days. - The sides do start to peel up If you’re looking to spend a little more money for each these are a good middle priced option. I do switch between these and a cheaper version and they both have benefits and downfalls.

Decent product, allergic reactions, and sliding of your face is oily
One pair of the pads lasted me about 3 weeks, then the adhesive started to dissolve and the pads would slide around. I also noticed I was having minor allergies from the pad itself, the bridge of my nose starts to itch a bit. Once the adhesive started wearing down, the itching became more intense on my nose and spread to my eyes. In terms of overall feel, they are sturdy for the time they last. I don’t really notice them pressing into my face unless I push my glasses further up onto my nose. Your glasses will slide down your nose with the pads if your face is oily, so you may want to wipe your face or the pads frequently. I guess $8-12 every 3-4 months on nose pads isn’t too high of a price, I just wish I didn’t have allergies to the product.

Best stick on nose pads for small faces!
I have a very small adult face & I always need kids’ sized frames, but my acetate frames still feel a bit big on my nose or side more than I like. I’ve tried so many of these stick-on nose pads and these are by far my favorite! They are thick enough to keep my glasses where I want them but thin enough to not mess up my vision through my progressive lenses. They keep my frames from sliding and I find that I can get a month or more from a pair, even with what I wear for makeup. I wipe my frames, fingers, and tweezers with an alcohol wipe prior to installation (to minimize any oils) and use the tweezers to apply, then gently push/rub my thumb over them to fully adhere them in place. I can clean my glasses as needed without the nose pads coming off, and I can wipe the nose pads with an alcohol wipe if they get a little oily/dirty from makeup. After a month or so (maybe more often in summer or longer in winter) I take them off and reapply a new pair. I won’t be without these!

My favorite of three options.
Why did you pick this product vs others?: I purchased 1.5mm Frog pads, GMS Optical 1.8mm thick x 13mm short (clear), and GMS Optical 1.3mm x 18mm long (clear). I've now tried all three on my clear plastic eyeglass frames. I was worried i) whether the pads lifted my frames enough to keep my eyelashes from rubbing my lenses, ii) the pads would stick well, and iii) the pads were visibly noticeable to others. All three raised my frames enough. Only the GMS Optical 1.3mm were not noticeable. While the Frog pads, adhered the best and staid stuck the longest, the edges of the adhesive developed into globs and collected dirt making the nose pads even more noticeable. It was like adhesive was oozing out by the end their life. Then, removing them was by far the hardest as the adhesive was the hardest to remove. It took a fair bit of hard scrubbing with alcohol. I don't think the texture referred to as "Microstructured Fibers" on the Frog pads made any difference. I thought it would, but it didn't. The GMS Optical staid stuck for about three - four weeks whereas the Frog pads staid stuck for about four to six weeks. Other than that, both versions of the GMS were more comfortable. I recommend getting the 18mm long ones unless you're putting these on children's frames. You need less thickness than you think; the 1.3mm thickness was perfect for raising the frames and not being noticeable. When the GMS Optical adhesive fails, they fall right off. Done. When the Frog pads adhesive fails, they start to rotate first giving you a bit more notice that they are due for replacement. My preference is the GMS Optical 1.3 x 18mm over the other two.

Works as Intended
These nose pads work very well. They fit my glasses perfectly, keep them from sliding down my nose, and keep them from pressing down on the top of my nose. I just wish they lasted a little longer - I get about 3 weeks out of a pair. I do use glass cleaner on the spots before adhering them and limit touching them while putting them on. I only wear makeup about twice a week and have normal to slightly oily skin on my forehead/nose.

These work as advertised
These are fantastic. Easy to apply and are extremely comfortable. No slippage at all and can't see them when they're installed.

Great for plastic frames
I got these for a couple of pairs of plastic frames where the bridge was too wide and they were slipping. They adhere well and so far seem to be lasting. On one pair I found that the adhesive seemed to be squishing out around the edge a bit? Like there was a bit of sticky jelly around the edge? But I scraped it off and the adherence is still good, and it didn’t make the pad itself sticky. I like that these have contoured edges. I tried a different brand that were just cut out of a flat sheet which were fine, but these are more comfortable. 1.3mm seems to be a good thickness if your bridge is a little too wide. I think it would be a bit too thick if I just wanted to add some friction, but the glasses otherwise felt comfortable. I wiped my frame with rubbing alcohol and then used tweezers to position and apply these, to avoid getting oils on the sticky part and to make sure that they were applied perfectly symmetrically. When you are dealing in millimeters, even applying them slightly asymmetrically can throw off your glasses sit. If your nose is slightly asymmetrical then I think these could be helpful for doing minor adjustments in how your glasses are positioned. Update: One set lasted about two months of daily wear before the adhesive started to fail.

Easy, slim and comfortable
Very slim so you can't see them. Easy to apply & comfortable to wear. Tried some other ones that were thicker and they left red marks on my nose.
