**Q: Is this the best formula for people looking for a multi that has mthfr and comt issues?**
A: I have both of those issues and that’s why I take this. Not sure if i can answer if it’s the best as I would have had compared others that are meant for people with those issues. I believe the maker of the brand (Ben Lynch) is an expert about those issues though.

**Q: It says Methyl one no minus one which is it?**
A: It is the Optimal Multivitamin Minus One, I believe the photo was uploaded in error

**Q: Is it gluten-free?**
A: Yes.

**Q: What’s the difference between Minus One and Methyl one?**
A: Minus one does not contain methylated vitamins (methyl folate) but rather folinic acid.  Some people do not tolerate methylated vitamins very well because it is too strong for them- this is a good alternative.
