These gummies taste great, albeit they are very tart as well. They are probably the best tasting bariatric chewable I've ever had. I just started taking them after being out of vitamins for a month. Hopefully they will work and I'll start feeling better. Also, there is no iron in these gummies, so if you need iron, you'll have to supplement or find some with iron.
