Their wiring harness didn’t match my car (it said it would) but I was able to break it apart and use the 2-3 wires that were actually needed.

Paddle Shift!
This kit was just what I was looking for. The only challenge I had during install was removing the factory airbag, but once I managed to get it off the rest of the install was pretty easy.Just a heads up for any future buyers 2014-2016 Japan built mazda 3 do not require the second harness that comes with this kit. All you will need to use to hook this up is the "green" colored harness, the other longer one (for under the steering column) is not necessary as mazda 3's come pre-wired for the paddle shifters from the factory.

It works!
Installed on a 2014 CX-5 GT in the U.S.Works flawlessly. Was very scared of the install, but bit the bullet. Once everything was wired correctly, all works as advertised.
