This chair is an affordable and comfortable step between a manual chair and a big power chair. Our insurance wouldn’t cover a new chair yet so we bought this. Works great! The chair is very maneuverable, great speed control, comfortable. The joystick controller is responsive.

Under the footplate is an anti-tip wheel that has to be straddled when sit or stand. Royal pain for me. Affects feet placement and movement. Machine itself is wonderful. Love the Bluetooth technology and narrow profile.

Love this chair so much! I do wish I bought the C2 only because this is heavier than I was expecting, and C2 breaks down fully and I could lift it in parts. I cannot lift it myself because it is awkward. The battery law long time on flat ground, but hills sucks it up more. It is brand I get many compliments on it when I’m out. It also goes on all different terrains; dirt, grass, rocks.

I loved everything about this chair, I brought this Whill F power chair to go on a group trip to Dubai back in March of this year it was absolutely great it folds easily the battery lasted the whole day the only tiny negative I have is the space on the seating is very small and going through the airline it got a lot of scratches and dents I hope the company comes up with better solutions I would definitely recommend and buy from them again.

I am writing this review in order to provide some feedback to Whill so they may improve on their great product and help potential buyers. First off, we love this wheelchair. It’s the best we’ve had bar none and we’ve had it for nearly 8 months now. In fact, we’ve been great marketers for it as we get asked what wheelchair it is by passers by all the time. I think we’ve helped sell at least a half dozen chairs! We are BIG fans of WHill and this wheelchair. There are however 4 deign issues that I hope they will fix soon as the issues are real. In fact, if they fix these issues, I will be the first to buy a second model for my wife. The biggest design flaw by far, in my opinion, is that the front of the wheelchair represents a huge tripping hazard for the user and caregiver. The front part of the wheelchair, where the footrest plate and extra little wheel is located, is a huge design flaw in our opinion as it makes transfers really hazardous. My wife and I constantly finds ourselves tripping over it, hitting it with our ankles, etc. We have know lovingly dubbed it the BIG NOSE of the chair but really do not like it one it. We would highly encourage WHill to redesign as it is not only inconvenient, prevents users from being more independent, but also represents a real tripping hazard, design flaw and liability. The second biggest issue is the speed settings. There 4 settings from 1 to 4. What we have found is that speed setting 2 is too slow for daily use and speed setting 3 is too fast. They need slow speed setting 3 to provide a 2.5 option. Even better would be if they had software that allowed the user to customize the speed to thru own liking. Every user is different after all. They could just let the user set the memory settings for each speed from a scale of 1-100 for example. The third item I would encourage the company to look into is making the seating cushion and arms adjustable for height and width if possible. The seat and back cushion could be more supportive in our opinion as well. If they sold a premium cushion, I would absolutely buy it. Lastly, one issue that we have recently ran into is that battery isn’t engaging especially when we load and unload the wheelchair from the car. It’s almost as if the battery is getting dislodged. We have to pull out the battery and push it back it almost every time for it to reengage. I just contacted my sales rep to see if they will fix this under warranty. I hope they will. Overall, the chair is amazing and my wife loves it. I hope Whill will refine it even more and continue making it better and better. I will definitely invest in new versions as it adds so much to my wife’s quality of life. Thank you, WHill.
