How do I know which mode the dehumidifier is in?

Greetings, Our DryTank dehumidifier has 3 working mode. When the machine is in continuous dehumidification mode (comfort, setting, and timer button LED light off); When the machine remains in custom dehumidification mode (the setting button light is on); Comfort Mode (Human comfort humidity range 45 percent RH-55 percent RH and can't adjust humidity.

The vellgoo dehumidifiers for home have 2 dehumidification modes:
① Continuous dehumidification mode:Turn on by default, you don't need to adjust the humidity; 
② Custom dehumidification mode: you can randomly choose the ideal range and set timing. The setting range of this dehumidifier is 40%-80%.

Is this dehumidifier easy to operate?

Hello Nina, our dehumidifiers have an LED touch panel and are easy to use.
But before using it, we have a few tips to share with you:

1. The DryTank dehumidifier must be keep standing UPRIGHT FOR 24 Hours before using due to the unique compressor structure.

2. Please remember to take out the drain hose from the bucket.

3. Don’t leave your dehumidifier facing a wall, place it in an area with good air circulation so that the unit can work efficiently. It should be placed at least 19.65 inches away from these vent-blocking surfaces.

Where do we get the female threaded connector for the continuous drain option?

Hello, We have listened to customer feedback and upgraded our product with a water hose adapter, you can find it in the tank, which you can locate in the tank. To ensure proper usage, please ensure that the drain hose remains below the level line at all times, as failure to do so may result in water flowing back into the tank.
