This antenna on the Ford F150 truck works as advertised. It looks great, is easy to install, and provides excellent signal from local radio stations.

My original broke off my 2020 F150at the car wash. Ordered another just like the original. First trip through the same car wash. It broke off. Been going to the same wash, almost every day for 3 years. I saw this and didn't really want a shorter one but it was the only one that said, "carwash proof"! I went through once so far and it's still on my truck! Looks good and works fine. Just unscrew the old and screw on the new.

Bought this because the carwash kept bending the tall factory one. This antenna looks good, fits the mount/base perfectly and provides the same reception I had with the original equipment. Highly recommend.

It has a hi quality construction, the sound quality was not affected, and it looks ver strong and easy to install.

I temporarily had 2, F150's and one had an extra short antenna, and I ordered this one because the second truck had the OEM antenna that was bent backwards due to taking it through the car wash. This antenna was easy to install, seems well made, and was sturdy. It surely is better than the OEM. But compared to my extra short one, I couldn't help but always look over at this antenna. It's thick and it's not tall, but it's not exactly short. This could just be me because I only had the truck a few days before I sold it and I would, presumably, look over less and less at the antenna over time, until it wasn't noticeable. This is the reason for a 1 star knock off, which may not be warranted, but I couldn't help but be slightly bothered by this while driving. I will say, I took it through an auto car wash and it was 100% fine. I would really love to give a detailed explanation of how good the reception was, but really, it worked perfect. Radio signals were loud and clear. So bottom line, would I recommend this? Yes, absolutely. It seems well made and receives radio signals as it's supposed to. I would get this especially if you have an OEM, flimsy antenna. However, my personal preference is that I would prefer a shorter one and without the "line" spiraling around it.

Swapped to this to make going through the car wash a little easier. Well worth it!

This antenna was very easy to install and performs very well. It really looks good on my truck and is a great upgrade to the stock antenna. I don't need to worry about it bending and or breaking either. I love it.
