This product is really good. It's loaded with fibre and that dies the truck to keep you full. I eperinenced better digestion snd increased metabolism. This is loaded with the goodness of superfoods and plant nutrients which aids in weight lo is and supresses hunger for those looking to get fit again. I was able to hit my goal by consuming this product with minimal brisk walks and light excercise.My pro tip, took it with milk and fresh fruits to enhance the taste.
