No. These are designed for t-bolt slot rail tracks.

These are half the price of the ones made by Rockler. Any noticeable difference in quality?

I believe the clamps being sold at Rockler are made by Powertec and just branded Rockler... I cannot tell the difference in the material size, quality or finish between Rockler and Powertec.

Is the T bolt 4/8 or 5/8"?

The description says: 5/16-Inch-18 thread 3-1/2-Inch long T bolts If the question is “What are the dimensions of the flat portion?”, then what mine measure are 1/2” x 3/4”
