Review: MIRALAX WHO??? The Desperate Crunchy Mama’s saving grace! - I’m writing this to the desperate crunchy mama’s who refuse to use MiraLAX : My son has on & off gone through times of constipation since starting solids. Most recently, to the point of tears in pain and ultimately needing us to intervene multiple times. I felt completely helpless. Seeing him in pain was awful. Seeing him go 6-7 days without a BM out of fear of pain, or trying with no success while doing everything I knew to do was tough. We tried prune juice, pear juice, pears, peaches, flaxseed meal, chia seeds, no diary, castor oil on his tummy, red light therapy, weekly chiropractor visits… & the list goes on. My nurse practitioner suggested we try magnesium glycinate. She didn’t recommend a brand, so I started doing my own research & came upon this one. Let me first say, I initially bought the Mixed Berry flavor which was a huge mistake. I thought that would be better than unflavored, but boy was I wrong. I couldn’t get him to take it. I tried mixing it in multiple differently types of juice mixed with water. I tried mixing it with a little bit of Just Ingredients Electrolyte powder in water. He would take one sip and refuse it. Obviously, that makes it quite hard to tell if the powder was going to be helpful to get things moving or not. I ended up buying the unflavored and that has been the best decision. I can mix it in his coconut yogurt with berries and he has no idea it’s there. It does have a milky chalky look to it so beware of that. I have tried mixing it in apple sauce, while I can typically get him to take it - doing it in yogurt has been the most successful route. I love how the unflavored doesn’t need to be mixed in a drink. My son doesn’t just sit and drink that many ounces of water at one time, so being able to put half a scoop in his food that he eats all of is perfect for us. We have consistently been doing this for about a week and a half and he has had consistent BM’s. Multiple in a day at this point with ease. There has been no more tears or physical pain - just ease, & I could cry with joy. If you’re a desperate mama like I was just trying to help your baby - please take my advice & add to cart right now. For reference my son is 15 months old and weighs around 26 pounds. I do half of a scooper and that has been perfect for him. I also added photos of this in his yogurt, in apple sauce, or in a liquid just for reference.
Review: A POTTY TRAINING HOLY GRAIL!!!! - Im potty training my 3 yo and he has peeing in the potty down instantly . Pooping on the other hand was a struggle! months would go by and he would struggle to use the bathroom on the potty from a mix of withholding and constipation which created a vicious cycle of him have backed up stool and then it was so painful for him to get it out . I searched and searched and came across this to help with constipation .. within a few hours of giving this to my 3 yo in his juice he had no issues using the bathroom AND pooping on the toliet without being in pain . Wayy better than miralax that pediatricians are always reccomending to moms with constipated toddlers . Biggest tips : - give 1/2 scoop instead of 1 scoop . I found giving my toddler 1 scoop he had super loose stools.. 1/2 scoop seemed to make it easy to pass but not super watery or loose -get the UNFLAVORED powder .. kids are more likely to drink it and you can mix it into anything

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ WAY BETTER THAN MIRALAX!
*by O***Z on June 22, 2026*

I love this stuff! I never leave reviews but this worked so well for my 4 year old I thought it could help other parents. My son had been struggling with constipation for 18 days straight, complaining of severe stomach pain, we took him to the hospital twice which they performed an enema for both times and told us to give him miralax, also took him to the pediatrician 3 times and just told us the same. We did miralax every single day multiple times a day but it would only cause him stomach pain from cramping. He would not poop on his own if we did not give him an enema not even suppositories worked. They did xrays and it showed he had a blockage. I was getting desperate, so I started looking up different stuff to give him and came up with a video on magnesium, and found this powder. I gave it to him the same day I received it, put it in juice and he went poop twice with no pain at all! First day that he was pain free for 18 days straight. The consistency is chalky and does change the color of whatever liquid you add it to, so I add it in his food or icream with no problems. This magnesium is Gold! I give him a full scoop and he poops multiple times in a day.
