Disappointment with this product ,mic not working

1. MANUFACTURD DECEMBER 2021 [ NICE to know ] 2. Sound quality is to good BASS & VOCAL both are balanced [ though we can adjust THROUGH equalizer AS PER OUR NEED in any media player app ] 3. better look with two part [ battery + control ] [ I hate 3 parts headphone with separate mice section ] 4. weight is good not slips through NECK - but light weight in EAR. 5. I am using it as daily use since three days without charging -- still it has 44% left [ 90% in closed box ] 6. 14.2 mm driver is very good for EAR [ better then dual driver -- as dual driver need space between sound source and ear like BOX SOUND in a ROOM ] 7. I LISTEN JUBIN TUTIAL - ARIJIT SING 70[+] SONGS both sound & music are good and balanced NO LEATENCY in OTT [ DISCOVERY + HOICHOI + ZEE 5 + AMAZON PRIME ] & YOU TUBE MOVIE IN MOBILE & ANDROID TV [ I am not a GAME PLAYER ] 8. BEST IN 1000 Rs. ----- 1500 Rs. segment 9. latest Bluetooth 5.2 technology for better Sound output Ignore ALL -VE [ Negative ] reviews NO COMPANY give 14.2 mm driver [ great ] 40 hr backup [running] C type charging [ not use till now ] MICRO WOOFER work good as per sound output ENC [ 95% work] in 1299 - 100 [ CASE BACK ] = 1199 Rs. The product feels very solid and well made. Premium feel as well. The sound is really really good for the price. The bass is very good too. Obviously we can compare its sound quality with Japanese Sony, German Sennheiser or American Shure or Bose. I am not sure about the battery life as I just received it, but sound is very very good especially considering is 1000rs, I got it for 700 on Christmas deal. The mic is also very good, other side is able to hear me crystal clear.

Pros 1. Bass is awesome and really pumped 2. Overall frequency range is good 3. Ergonomics are good 4. Excellent battery back up 5. Fits perfectly 6. Hear canal angle is perfect Cons 1. Bad support by boult 2. Durability is very avarage or consider bad than boat 3. Connectivity issue, keeps disconnecting 4. It's not quad mic.. and quality is just ok ok not like advertised, but better than boat and other brands in this segment Overall it's a good package.. i buy this repeatedly because of the ergonomics and bass and I am using this brand from several years and all my friends use boult. I prefer boult over boat for sound quality, design and bass..
