Delicious! Has a strong, but delicate olive taste. It's more bitter than generic EVOO, but is much much fresher. Highly recommend.

You can tell this is a very high quality olive oil
I had been using California Ranch olive oil ( which is not bad ) before trying this. WOW , what a noticeable difference . I take olive oil by the tablespoon rather than in food and this stuff really lights up the back of your throat up and makes your tongue feel fuzzy . This is because of the very high polyphenol count and it very much shows . I wanted to try a very good olive oil with a very high polyphenol count for health reasons and see if I could tell the difference . You very much can .

Superb & High Quality EVOO!!!!
SUPERB QUALITY EVOO!!!! Omg I was not expecting for that camphor burn to the back of my throat after taking a tablespoon of this amazing olive oil! This is exactly what a freshly pressed EVOO should embody! Amazing amazing amazing and now I have a measuring standard! Nice robust flavor with a peppery finish
EDIT: Customer service reached out to me and very promptly sent me a new bottle. Turns out that the original bottle that I received was missing its seal. This isn’t the fault of PJ KABOS. The missing seal leads me to believe that the first bottle had been opened at some point, causing the rancid odor and taste. Not only is this oil top notch, the customer service is as well. Worth the $$. I bought this to consume as a daily supplement because it is supposed to be high in polyphenols. It is not peppery at all like a high quality oil should be. It also smelled old and a little rancid and tasted rancid. Definitely not the fresh, high quality oil that I expected.
