Our 1 year old pitbull isn't well behaved in the crate and would eat any blanket or sheet we put over her. She whines if she isn't covered and it just go to be overwhelming so we searched for a good crate cover that would give her visibility options and that she couldn't destroy. It fits over her crate perfectly and it was kind of funny watching her throw a tantrum the first night when she realized she couldn't eat it. Lol. She is much m ore relaxed in her crate now, it feels more like a den to her I suppose. It blocks out all outside stimulation including the crazy cats.

These are awesome! I purchased 2 of these for my Midwest SUV crates. I do search and rescue with my dogs and they can be extremely loud in their crates when they see one of the dogs working while they are stuck in the car. (incredibly annoying) So, I was hoping that these crate covers would be a force free way of getting them to stay calm while waiting their turn. I've used blankets in the past, which don't really do the job all the way around.Fit: Both crate covers went on easily. The only thing I would change would be the strip that goes across the bottom front. Sometimes it gets in the way of the door. My puppy took care of that on his crate cover. The first day of use, he pulled at it from inside and ripped it. That's the only damage he has been able to do to it though.Construction: The material is nice and heavy duty. These are not cheaply made at all. I love all the options you have to vent. Most of the time, I keep all the side walls/windows down and just pull up the front door when the dogs are getting in and out. The door comes down when we are parked at training. I keep the small top vent open as well (you can't see that in the photo, but it's roughly 4"x4" with a velcro tab to open or close it).Dogs staying calm and quiet: YES!!!! After that first day of use when the puppy had a meltdown and ripped the bottom strip, they no longer act like banshees. You don't even know that they are in the car when the covers are all closed up. They are nice, calm and quiet and wait their turns. It's AWESOME. Why did I wait so long to try this? I've received tons of compliments on how nice the crate covers are and how quiet my dogs are in them. This is definitely one of my best purchases of the year.Update 2-12-17: Well, my puppy finally destroyed the crate cover. It was my fault as I left him in his crate at training with the crate cover door up so that he could see all the other dogs working. When I keep the crate cover fully down, he is calm and relaxed. It's still a good product. Just not for a year old labrador who has to watch other dogs work from his car crate. :)

I couldn’t be happier, I ordered this.. then read the reviews saying it’s not appropriate for out doors and had second thoughts but it had already been shipped so I figured I would give it a try and I couldn’t be happier, I don’t know why they say it’s not appropriate for out doors, it’s wind and water proof. I have it on our lanai, which is covered, I wouldn’t have it outside unprotected because it’s so nice but this is perfect for my needs, I live in Hawaii and where we live we almost always have trade winds and our winters, while mild can get into the 40’s and I have a warming bed for my little guy I was wanting a better cover, the one I had previously was flimsy and had small Velcro pieces to close the edges and was basically useless and the cold nights had me worried for him, where this cover is very well made and has nice, strong zippers, he is completely protected from the wind and during the summer I could open up all the “windows”. I also love that there’s a little piece of Velcro so when he goes in and out the door will still give him protection from the wind, closing behind him... I honestly couldn’t be happier, it’s perfect in my opinion. I love that the fabric is nice and strong so when my little guy jumps on top of it i don’t think I need to worry about his nails scratching or ripping it, it’s really well made and has a nice thickness to it. I highly recommend this!

The media could not be loaded.  Overall, this is a PRETTY GREAT cover. The fabric and zippers seem durable, but not sure about the velcro. Mostly returning due to my mistake: not realizing it does not allow both doors to open. Though it also has a FEW FLAWS:1. The window flap is quite loose, allowing cold air to get through. However, also making it more breathable.2. It does not cover the entire bottom. Again, allowing cold air in and more breathability as well.3. However the open bottom makes opening/closing the door a task, as shown in my video. I can stretch it to pull it down further but it would leave wire pieces poking into the fabric, making it more prone to eventual tearing. It might be more compatible with other crates.

We ordered two of these, one for a 42" crate and one for a 30" crate.I give the 42" cover 5 stars. It fits very well and snugly around the crate, it doesn't have any dangling fabric for our puppy to grab and chew, and the doors of the crate can open and close easily through the cover's designated openings. I really love it.I give the 30" cover 3 stars. It's only designed with one door, which itself is a moderate disappointment. Worse, the dimensions of the (one...) door of the cover don't match the dimensions of the door on my Amazon Basics crate; so, I couldn't actually open and close the crate door with the cover on it. (The l x w x h dimensions of the 30" cover are the same as the dimensions of the 30" Amazon Basics crate, which is why I bought the cover. But, strangely, the dimensions of the door materially differ.)

We bought this for our Amazon basic crate that we have. It a very snug fit and requires a decent amount of force to get it all around the cage and leaves about 1.5 inches uncovered close to the bottom. One of the side zippers were chewed off immediately which was unfortunate.Overall, still a good cover with many openings for the pup. Keeps him calm during the night and gets us an extra hour of sleep everyday since he doesn't get up at first light now. We caught it on a good sale so it was worth it. Not so much if it was at full price.UPDATE: The two zippers on the back have popped off and doesn't come to a close any more. Doesn't seem to be holding up over timeUPDATE2: Completely fallen apart after 8 months or so, had to toss it unfortunately

I LOVE this cover!!!! I have the black 30” single door cover, and I use it on an amazing basics double door kennel (we only use one door). We’ve had this for about a year and a half and it’s still in perfect condition. It’s very durable, lots of vents, fits perfect (and I mean perfect). We’ve had multiple covers and some didn’t even last a month, this one is honestly amazing. I wish it came in the 24” for my smaller dog. We bought her a similar cover at the same time , but terrible fit and the corners have all torn. I was worried it would be too hot for our dog, but he’s never had an issue, but we use this solely indoors, never in the sun.

I like this crate cover, looks tidy compared to slinging blankets over her crate and fits perfectly over her crate (I have the 30” model). Has a fairly strong plastic odour that dissipated somewhat but not entirely even many weeks later. Puppy didn’t seem to mind but I was a little concerned about enclosing her in it before it aired out a little. Has held up well past several weeks and keeps her crate a bit warmer I think, although can still let drafts through a bit around the bottom. Only giving 4 stars because of the smell and because near the door the fabric can sometimes catch my puppy’s feet and trip her when entering/exiting (she’s pretty clumsy anyway though).

This crate cover fits our MidWest double door 30" x 19" x 21" crate perfectly. It' well made, feels sturdy and has lots of opening options. The inside of the material is plastic coated so it will be easy to wipe. Our cover did not smell like it was mentionned in some reviews. The seller was very receptive and prompt in answering messages. Very happy with this purchase.

This cover fit the rate perfectly! Very snug and the two sides roll up and give a very open feel too!My dog loves it and the cover gives it a more homey and suitable look to your room. We keep the crate in our room and it looks so much better than throwing random blankets over it.Would definitely recommend!
