How effective is this in snow melt water?

It's 3mm, not thick enough for snow melt. I've worn mine in 55 degree water and I was cold.

I am 5' 8 inches 205 lbs. Some say these run large and some say they run small. What size should I get?

5'10" 190lbs and the large didn't fit, these are made in China and as such I'm sure there's QA issues. I might have gotten a badly made one, but I'd almost definitely say go sign an XL

I’m 5’11” and 185lbs. with 32” inseam. I got a Large but it was too small and I returned it for an XL. You’ll need an XXL at least. Might need XXXL.
