I have seen a difference in growth. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Definitely recommend *by M***S on 18 December 2023* I bought these in place of prenatal omega3/dha gels because I have a hard time swallowing pills. These are about the size of a large pea and I just swallow them with apple sauce. I wouldn't recommend chewing them after the grape flavor it quickly tastes like I just ate raw fish skin. Not smelly and no weird burps. I take them at night. Half the bottle qas stuck together but one I was able to get them out they pulled apart fine. They do stick when they settle because they're not a hard gel they're on the softer side.
