Smead Organized Up Multi Pocket Organizer, Eight Pockets, Letter Size, Dark Blue

I love these organizers! I am currently using one for prep for a summer teaching gig. I also used it about a month ago for a large editing project. The multiple (8) pockets are easily labelled with a sticky note. I also keep some items between the pockets, and because they attach from the bottom, I can do that without dropping or losing pages. Well-made, because I've used them a lot and they still look like new except I take the label sticker off the front cover. Try these, they are adaptable to any project where you need a bunch of categories organized, but don't want holes punched in everything. Also, this isn't super bulky to hang onto like a binder would be. They hold up, look nice, and have a decent capacity. Right now I have over 100 sheets on one side divvied up among the 4 pockets, and about 25 on the other side, though that will be increasing as I get my handouts ready. It still has room to expand more, so I know I am good to go with this handy organizer.

It will hold a lot of papers and keep them organized. Seems durable and should last. There are a couple of issues with this as it makes the folder rather thick even when empty. I wish there was a closure that would keep the folder closed. Second, it would be helpful for the various slots to be restrained. As designed each slot can be rotated 180 degrees. This is great if you have it flat on a table but if you are holding it upright while standing, rotating 180 degrees means it is upside down and all the papers fall out. If you are aware of these limitations it does work well.

My job is a multitasking nightmare and have multiple projects to different leaders all the time. This was a huge savior. I don’t get into many organizing tools as most haven’t fit what I needed. But this helped me keep my forms straight between multiple projects and when I labeled each folder it kept me task oriented. The see through pockets helped me see my forms behind or in the back so I never lost one. Worked great has held up with months of daily use. Filling, emptying, riffling through and still no cracks or breaks.

I've noticed that organizing my papers using the "filling cabinet" style layout is more efficient than using the "open book" layout of folders. Give it a chance.

Also like another customer. I like the flip down. Labels stick with no slide. I'm a tax professional and use it for tax organization. Worth the price!

This is a good product but buyers outside the USA should be aware that this is slightly smaller than A4, so pages will stick out the top slightly. Other than that, it's a great product and at a good price.

The design is amazing and it's a fantastic idea for carrying multiple hard copies while keeping them quickly accessible and viewable. That's the positive. The downside is that, being letter-size, the tops of all my A4 papers stick out of the file by at least 1.5-2cm. Slightly annoying to discover that someone designed a product for a weird paper size. Basically, if you plan to only use this in the USA, you'll probably be fine. If you're in the UK, you'll be forever reminded that you didn't google 'letter size' before you ordered it. And that I ordered four of them. And that this is entirely my own fault.

I use this folder for when I travel. I have a service dog and we travel a lot and internationally. It holds all his pertinent documentation(vet paperwork, import forms, travel info and insurance). I love that there are two sides as I use the other for any documents i need for myself. Have had if for a few years now and even purchased a second one.
