Collection of Eleven Inspirational Stories
“Health Warriors and Survivors” is a collection of eleven real stories that are narrated by real people that address the physical, mental and emotional aspects of life. When the world is reeling from the aftermath of the pandemic, this book is a testament to the fighting and indomitable spirit and humanity of the common man. It offers insights on life's struggles and how they can be conquered if we don’t lose hope. I enjoyed reading the inspirational tale titled Muqatil wherein the main protagonist named Sejal has been through a horrific accident but post her recovery, she has her vision set out to making a difference in children’s lives finally came true and she has been bestowed with multiple accolades for her immense contribution towards the social upliftment. Her belief that everything can be achieved with love and care, motivated her to move further. She is absolutely an inspiration to the youth of our nation. Her epitomising journey will definitely make you believe that miracles do happen! We all are here on the planet earth for a reason and we all have a purpose to serve. While reading the stories and looking at the depressed state of life faced by some of the characters, I was reminded of the fact that life is indeed beautiful and every moment is a celebration of being alive, but one should always be ready to face adversity and challenges. Difficult times test the courage, patience, perseverance and true character of a human being.

the most exhilarating book💫💫💫
the book HEALTH WARRIORS AND SURVIVORS is the book which is addressing the most commenest health problems and their survival routes through that problem ... this book is similar to the document stories conducted by the ' UBI - united by ink ' this concept was given and executed by sapna shivani kekre founder of UBI .The book is conceptualised and divided as 8 topics based on the true stories which was penned by different members ... the main thing i liked in this book is the way the authors addressed each problems written as the most convincing way with the most common problems in the society along with the proper solution which can get the problem solved . out of all the 8 topics i personally like CUP AND LIP the 1st chapter because generally people treat a health problem is only termed or indicates physical health but not mental health ... mental health balance is the most toughest thing in the world not to exaggerate the things but it is my personal opinion . I really like the way the authors discussed about the negative situations along with the solution how we can over come that situationn.... i reallly really like this book and suggest to all the book lovers and non book lovers please just read this to find the solutions to the untold problems and questions . HAPPIIIE READING !!!!!!!

Greatly
Covid-19 was indeed a traumatic span of time, the pandemic wasn't a thing one could easily cope with. Though the upper-middle class and high class people were relaxing in their homes but the ones who had a day-to-day livelihood suffered the most, the families were starving for food nd supplies. They barely were left with money, were forced to sustain a culture which one can hardly think of. The people who were infected had to undergo a lot of traumatic thoughts, mental and emotional setbacks, above which society often kept distances, and that certainly was the worst point, irrespective of having a privilege to treat, resources weren't sufficient to meet the subtle treatment. The story made me a bit emotional, reading accounts of such saviours, the challenges they faced and the determination needed to process the sufferings. The read is a testimony of eleven such people, who went through this trauma and kudos to their courage, they came forth to share the insights on the subject, of how they healed themselves: mentally, emotionally and physically.I appreciate the motive behind the read and would suggest others to learn the struggle that people faced, the stories are real life examples of determination. The plot was intriguing and left no reasons to stop amid, hence I literally completed the read in a day
