Ordered in medium originally but too small so returned and ordered a large. Lo and behold they sent another medium so have to return again. Quality of the product looks good but it would have been nice to have the size I actually ordered.

This hoodie was really nice. But on small size. Had to go back.

The item itself is nice and good value for money but is a very very small fit.I ordered a large and received a medium . Did contact seller who replied very quickly but didnt return as it did fit a family member. Re ordered an XL and received a L so abit disappointed as still too small but fits a friend. Tried again 3rd time lucky ,?? Ordered an xxl and I get a size m m ?? SNUG fitting where I expected it to be abit lòose but have kept it as wiil be ok if I loose a couple of pounds. It is a shame as it is well made and a good colourSuggest you order at least 2 sizes bigger if you want a good fit.

Bought hoodie for my partner in a size 5XL. When it arrived we could tell straight away that it was smaller than the 5XL stated on the lable. Netherless, she tried it on and yes it was far too small. Sent a return request and was provided with a return QR Code. I packaged the item up and headed to my local Evri shop. Once there I tried the code several times and it never worked. Asked to get in touch with seller to get another code. When I contacted the seller they were not wolling to send a return code but after toing and throing they wanted me to pay to send it back before a refund would be made. Absolute madness. Very poor customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER.

Size up if you're going to buy this. I'm a size 22 for reference, so went for the 5xl and when the package came I already knew it was going to be to small, it came in the smallest package, and sure enough it was tiny, and I couldn't get it anywhere near to be zipped up. On the plus side it was soft, and the arms fit perfectly.

For the price of this ladies hooded jacket it’s extremely good value and quality
