Fits a 26 diameter bar. And you can use a modern stem. Nice cheap solution to the problem that actually works. Hasn’t budged or creaked once in 300 miles of various types of riding including aggressive riding on rough surfaces

Make a Groovy Version
With this shim, I encountered difficulty in securing the bars, even at 5nm. I utilized it for a pair of Nitto handlebars to attach to my redshift stem, but it failed to hold tight. Following advice from my local bike shop, I ultimately acquired a different shim with grooves, which successfully resolved the issue.

Does the job
I needed a shim to fit an older MTB handlebar (25.4mm diameter) into a new stem (31.8mm). This one fit perfectly.

Excellent stem for rigid forks
Love that it takes the harshness out of the handlebars!

Doesn’t hold handlebars in place
It tightens up pretty good, but my handlebars were still able to move even after tightening as hard as I can. If I were to hit a bump my handle bars moved.
