This is by far the best GF flour on the market. It may be pricier than what's in the grocery store, but it's well worth the expense because the results are comparable to non-GF! Highly recommend.

I have tried many brands of GF flour. I have even tried to create my own, as well. All were gritty tasting in my baked goods AND made them taste off. This is the best GF flour I have ever used and I reorder it continually. I am amazed at how it tastes in everything I bake. It’s a winner for me & my family. It is pricey, for sure when compared to others out there BUT it is worth every penny especially after using and tasting the other choices out there. You can’t tell anything I bake with this flour that it is GF. Give it a try . . .

It's fine. Worked in all my recipes as a 1:1 substitute for regular flour. However, it's expensive and I've found other brands cheaper and work just as well.
