When plugged into my iPhone 13, a pop-up says it's not compatible but it seems to work. Is it ok to use?

These things sometimes work and sometimes don’t which means they’re not reliable and they’re a pain in the butt. I can’t see exactly which one you have but I’ve had splitters we can charge and use the phone and also splitters where you can play video with an IMDb while charging and it’s very frustrating twisting the wires and shaking them. I think Apple intentionally makes it difficult to work with their products so you have to buy authentic Apple products. Even if they work when you first get them they probably won’t work long-term… Thanks to Apple. However my overall satisfaction with all Apple products is very high. My only Problem with them in their customer support is not 24 hours a day. Good luck
