BurnetieMen's High Top Vintage Sneaker

when its arrive i was really disappointed, quality looks poor when you see it personal. the rear strap arrived broken (not a bid deal), im 11 so they fit right, but they get uncomfortable after 1 hour. overall its really looks good in the picture different when you get it.

As I prepare to purchase a set of these sneakers again I figured I could write an "after use" review as I often don't see those much and wish I did, to see how things hold up.I bought my current pair just shy of 4 years ago and have been very happy with them. They've been my daily drivers so about 90% of that time has been wearing these. I should have gotten a new pair last year sometime probably, but I've been putting it off because they were still "good enough". Anyways hopefully if anyone is wondering about quality this will answer your question.

Dislikes: Leather toe and heel are stiff and cause discomfort because of tightness.Tight around the zipper/ankle.More of a mid-top than a high-top.The soles are thin cheap foam and glued in so you cant swap out for comfortable supports.Not enough room in the shoe to fit any insole to give any sort of support.Likes: Only mens shoe on the market with a zipper.The color is accurate to what was shown.Seams seem to be of good quality.

Love these shoes! They remind me of the much more expensive ($85) Bed Stu high tops I wear. Super comfortable. A little snugger than 9.5's usually fit me but not in a bad way. Love the side zippers! They totally solve the problem with high top being hard to put on and take off. I just leave them tightly laced and use the zipper. The sole is on the thin side, but I like it like that. Soft and flexible. The leather and canvas mix is super stylish. My new favorite shoes!

I like the fit. Quality is very poor. Thread on right toe starting to unravel after just over a month. I like the fit but, they are one of my best fitting pair of shoe. But the unraveling of thread on toe negates any good qualities about the shoe. It is just past my 30 day window to return so this review is to let potential customers and the company to beware.

My son started wearing the shoes. Really likes the style, as they look cool. But, they did start to wear through and tear on the outside of the toe box on both shoes, so it appears to be a weakness from the manufacturing/engineering of the shoe. It's a shame, because he really likes them.He's just wearing them occasionally and being very careful in them, so he can keep them for a while.

The fit is great and they're actually super comfortable, I work in them and am on my feet all day... I have not had any issues with foot pain like I do from Chucks, or other shoes similar. The only dislike, and it's minor, they have a memory foam soul liner which is comfortable but also heats up your foot, so I have noticed that a line of sweat comes through the leather. It's not bad but I have noticed it, and am not a fan of it, but it won't dissuade me from buying these again. I love them.

I probably go through a pair of these about every 18 months, which is long life for sneakers in a big city with a dog that needs 4 walks a day. Awesome kicks, easy on/off, robust stitching + construction, really comfortable with or without socks. Will definitely keep buying these. Ta!
