I was originally looking for a scale that had a wall plug, because for me the scale would either be used a lot or not very often depending on the situation, so battery-only scales weren’t the best choice. Unfortunately, I couldn’t find a plug-in scale that I liked, though I’m still looking for one since a digital scale would also come in handy.I finally saw this one, and it seemed perfect since it doesn’t require batteries or a plug. I recently switched from paleo to calorie counting because the prices these days are out of control for a meat-based diet, and this scale fit perfectly for that. It’s also really nice to look at.I like the fact that you can use different containers for different things. The scale allows you to zero it out for whatever you decide to use, so you can keep the original bowl nice and clean. The face of the scale is also nice and big, which makes it easy to read as long as it’s in a well-lit area.This scale is perfect for my needs, and I recommend it, especially for anyone who may or may not need to use a scale often. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve tried to use an electronic device I don’t use very often, only to find that the battery is dead and leaking, and that it has corroded inside the device.
