I ordered these clippers for my poodle-mixed dogs and they are great. I love the versatility of the product, the clippers are absolutely fantastic at home smooth they work. The sound doesn't bother the dogs, seemes like a well built device for a long lifetime because it feels heavy-duty but doesn't feel super heavy when using them, additionally being cordless is a HUGE plus especially for bigger dont who dont always like to sit still. I mean they really do check all the boxes. I did run into a small issue with the clippers and reached out to customer service and Sue helped me out. She was insightful, quick to respond and helped my through my issue with ease. The clippers are great and its nice to have something to use at home and save the cost of grooming. On top of that the customer service is even better. Just knowing that if there are any issues in the future I can easily reach out for resolution is great especially since this is my first go-round at this. Sue was excellent and definitely made me feel confident about the product I purchased. I feel like good customer service is a gamble when it comes to some amazon products but this company was very easy to work with. I explained my issues, Sue responded within a couple hours and was very polite and helpful. Would recommend to all who want to try at home grooming.

I have 2 40-50 Aussie-Lab mixes with thick double coats that I could Joy get ANY clippers to go through. I took both dogs to a professional groomer last year and that was expensive so…I decided to try again ~ and WOW, these were amazing! I couldn’t believe it.I did both dogs in 3 hours total-because I was extra careful to not nick them and even out all the places.NOTE! Be sure to add a drop of oil when the clippers tell you to or abt every 10 minutes bc that made them extra smooth running and efficient. My dogs were so happy afterwards bc they were cooler and ready for the summer heat wave that was coming this week in southern Indiana. Hope this helps someone who was in the same dilemma as I was.

Gets the job done for my goldendoodle! Its not loud. Has a little weight and sturdy feel to them. I took my dog to the groomers many times but she is an absolute anxious case. I finally chose to try grooming at home last year and my dogs stress level is alot lower now. Granted its still not her favorite but she’ll tolerate it. Theres a little bit of a learning curve. My dog may not look perfect and she may look a little choppy in some areas. But shaving her hair down keeps her cool, minimize matting, and makes bathing easy. If you are considering grooming at home give it a shot! Watch a few grooming videos and you’ll be golden.

As many here say, don't expect to use more than a few times. That said, it is extremely good at cutting massive matts without an issue. This was used on three years of matts on a Saint's rear legs (Very thick fur and super dense matts) and it cut it away fast, smoothly and with no pulling. Not unlike a pro's razor system - I was pleased. Strangely, battery charge life is excellent unlike, apparently, the blade life. Hence 4 stars, overall. Due to moderate cost buy this for a bad case of matting and then afterwards, any further use is just a bonous. Not for longterm up keep.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I like its not fully plastic. It feels sturdy and it’s worked great for the 2 years I’ve had it. Still holds a charge wellI also lost the charger and customer service was great at sending a replacement one after I tried buying some “universal” ones on my own that didn’t work.Very satisfied with this product and company!

Amazing! Our Maine coon had a terrible matted growth of fur on each hind leg , despite bathing him , I could not brush them out . This device shaved them off quietly and immediately! Very swift! No nicks or cuts ! I thought I was going to have to take him to a groomer. My own personal beard trimmer would not begin to do it . The beard trimmer scarred him ;This device was very quiet and did not scare him . It’s amazing and feels very high quality. I cannot imagine it working better . Great price . Thank you ! I don’t write reviews but this saved the day !

Best shaver I have bought! I shave down my Malamutes for our hot summers. Only shaver I have bought that gets both coats easily! Don’t lecture me about shaving them, our vet recommended it as the only way to stop the sores that come from them swimming in the pool all the time and the moisture getting trapped deep in their coats!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:It was a cheaper alternative than the wahlValue for money:Excellent. We bought 2. Both of them broke. The first in about 5 months and the second within a week of using it. The customer service representative at Oneisall, Andrea, was excellent. She was able to send a replacement for both after we contacted their department and explained the situation.Once they fix the issue that keeps happening the four star review should be 5. Their support system is excellent however.
