How do you store the contents of 6 oz. beside in the refrigerator. Can you vacuum pack or freeze it? If frozen, does it get soggy after defrosting?

I didn't even refrigerate never had a problem kept dry and cool in sealed !

What does it taste like? Any comparisons?

Tastes like saffron teas I've had before. I will say I'm no saffron connoisseur. Very tasty in my opinion.
