I34 PTFE Thread Seal Tape for Plumbers 3/4 Inch x 260 Inch, Single, White

I bought this roll of tape to install my new shower head: . I am happy to report that the shower head is still leak free. And this is a high pressure shower head with a really good blast. (I love my shower now!)The tape has a good width and is extremely durable. Most teflon tapes are frayed or broken with the slightest pull. This teflon tape has been solid. It applies evenly in a nice layers around the pipe thread to create an effective seal. You may need some scissors or a knife to get a clean cut in the tape. Or you can be a man like me and just use your teeth. :)I highly recommend this tape for your plumbing jobs.

This product is great for many uses. It is obviously a very effective for plumbing needs. My husband and I used it to help seal and secure the new pump for our pool. It has other great uses to secure things in place. A friend uses it to secure his whammy bar on his guitar.Great product.Also the seller is great. We received the Tape the day it was promised. It was well wrapped. I would buy from Supply Giant again!

It's not very often that you need pipe tape unless you are a plumber but when you need it, you need it.It's one of the things I keep in my junk drawer. This worked well for the shower head that I needed to replace. There's plenty left for many other uses.

It's your typical tread tape. The dispenser opens easily, applies easily and does the job! Good price, fast delivery, well packaged. Not your 'thin, wrinkled tape you find on some brands. Happy with the purchase.

Excellent product. I used this to attach a couple of brass hose adapters to plastic pipe fittings. Ordinarily, I get 1/2 inch thread tape as that's what's available and I end up winding it around several times. This time, I saw this wider tape online, got it, and only had to overlap it. No leaks. Good stuff!

It works well and was nice to find it sold for relatively low price.What I do not like is needing only three inches and having to buy 257 more inches than needed.Anyway, it worked and have some for later !

Direction of WrapWhen wrapping Teflon tape around the male edge of the pipe it is important to wrap the tape in a clockwise direction. To do this, hold the pipe in your left hand, or have the pipe to your left side if it is a mounted pipe. Put the tape on the threads and run the tape around the threads over the top of the pipe.

I've only used it once so far, but it seemed good there. It stretched a reasonable amount without tearing, and I was able to rub it into the grooves at the end of the pipe without apparent rips. The packaging makes it reasonably easy to use some and then store the rest securely.

Good quality product. Good in quality, and preventing the water leakage.

Takes a few tries to apply it like a pro. No more dripping from the joint.
