I absolutely love my BAI Mirror 15-needle embroidery machine. At first the machine looks a little intimidating, especially if you’re coming from a single-needle machine, but BAI makes the learning process very manageable. Their training videos walk you through everything step by step, and if you follow along it becomes surprisingly simple to learn. The stitch quality is excellent and the multi-needle setup saves a huge amount of time. What really stands out is BAI’s customer support. They truly support you every step of the way. Anytime I’ve had a question they respond quickly, usually within a day, and I’ve learned so much from their guidance. If it looks intimidating at first, don’t let that stop you. With BAI’s videos and support, it’s very approachable and a fantastic machine.

I have had my Bai Mirror Embroidery Machine for about 3 months now and I love it. I love the big hoops and extra needles. It was a little intimidating at first because I was used to smaller Brother Embroidery Machines. Bai has excellent customer support (thanks Luke Ren) and great instructional videos that helped me step out of my comfort zone. I am having fun with this machine and it is definitely worth the money.

Man ist am Anfang doch schwer am überlegen, ob man mit der Maschine das richtige kauft. Immerhin ist der Preis gegenüber den "bekannten" Marken schon wirklich ein Highlight! Aber was sollen wir sagen, wir sind sowas von zufrieden mit dem Kauf, der Maschine und mit dem wirklich überragendem Support von Bai! Ein besonderer Dank geht an Luke, der uns wirklich immer helfen konnte! Von der Lieferung bis zum ersten Einrichten und den ersten Stick wurde uns immer geholfen, man kann fast sagen, zu jeder Tageszeit ist einer erreichbar! Was noch wirklich toll ist, das wir immer gefragt werden, ob es Probleme gibt und ob Hilfe benötigt wird. Das gibt es bei uns in Deutschland wirklich nicht, man erinnere sich an die unzähligen Warteschleifen und Call Center, was mittlerweile echt Nerven kostet. Die Lieferung erfolgte innerhalb weniger Tage per Spedition. Die Bai Stickmaschine kommt absolut sicher verpackt an. Durch die unzähligen Support Videos ist das Auspacken und Aufstellen wirklich einfach. Sehr erstaunt waren wir noch über das ganze Zubehör, welches mit dabei ist. Alleine die vielen Stickrahmen und die Rahmen für Caps kosten bei anderen Herstellern nochmals viel mehr als 1000 Euro. Bis zum ersten Stick sind noch Einstellungen zu machen, Stickgarne einrichten und ein paar kleine Einstellungen an der Maschine zu erledigen, aber auch hier gab es immer fachliche Unterstützung von Luke! Als Stick Neuling braucht man sicherlich einen längeren Lernprozess, aber das wir schon mehrere Stickmaschinen im Gebrauch haben, ging dieses richtig flott und die Ergebnisse sind super und stehen anderen Herstellern ins keinster Weise hinterher. Wir haben die Maschine jetzt knappe zwei Monate in Gebrauch und die Bai arbeitet täglich, die Wartung ist einfach und auch hier wieder durch Support und Videos super einfach! Wenn es Probleme gibt, reicht eine WhatsApp Nachricht und die Hilfe kommt super schnell! Wir sind super zufrieden und können hier nur eine klare Kaufempfehlung aussprechen!

Where to start ... I purchased my first single needle embroidery machine to get the feel of it ... 9 months later, the BAI was born to me !! I could not be happier with this machine. 15 needles - easy to learn - easy to operate and best of all ... Chris Zhong ... my BAI tech ... is AMAZING !! I have a crochet business in which I often embroidery logos / eyes / faces / etc for and this is the machine for me. Yes - it's heavier than ever, weighing in at 250 lbs or so but with 2 strong men it'll be in your room in no time. Delivery was fantastic - right to my door - free shipping with Prime and arrived faster than scheduled. SO HAPPY WITH THE MACHINE AND CHRIS !!

I ordered this machine in 2023. It took a little patience and lots of reading in the manual to get used to it but once we got the hang of it I will never go back to another machine again. I had other embroidery machines before but this one is by far the best. I had one little piece brake on it and I contacted them and they were willing to help me with anything I needed they have the best customer service. They were willing to stay up till past 2am to help me fix it I never had better service than I've had with them. I was able to fix the machine and have not had any problems since then. I'm so impressed with the machine that i just bought another one. I have a small store where I do custom embroidery and I get compliments all the time about the embroidery. I would recommend BAI embroidery machines over any other embroidery machine. I absolutely love these machines and the customer service.

I love this machine. I use it every day and the only problems I've had with it have been user error when I was first learning how to use it. The oiling and maintenance are easy to do and there are lots of videos if you need help learning to do anything with the machine. I will probably be buying a second one soon
