The machine works well. It makes espresso coffee without a fuss.Main problem- cofezza capsules are all 1 year old stock. The expiry is written 2022. But they produce stale coffee. So is the result with nespresso capsules available in India. Third party capsule accessory is difficult to fill with proper ground and at proper pressure.So you are left with a good machine but poor capsule. So end result is poor coffee.Its better to buy espresso machine for cheaper price.

I have read a lot of negative reviews of this brand and product on Amazon. I've used this for over three weeks now and am just surprised at why people have been bad mouthing the brand (I am not paid for this review in anyway btw). But I bought this combo inspite of all the negativity.Here is why:1. The ease of use - this combo works effortlessly and you get amazing coffee2. Build Quality - I wasn't expecting it, but the machine is great quality and does not feel cheap in anyway3. Economics - The combo is at a great price, something you will not find with any other pod coffee machine.4. Free COFFEE - I got 60 pods of coffee with this machine in 10 different types.

Awesome little coffee machine for the ‘just-right-size-crazy-for-coffee’ people 😁!Very easy to use, some decent coffee flavors, and a simple milk warmer with it.Also, it arrived much earlier than expected date!!

Issues with frother as its not frothing the milk and its been more than a week since making a complain and no action has been taken as of yet. They just keep lying that the machine will be picked today and it never did. One of the worst customer service experience
