Will they send me a new lock?** A: I have no idea you would have to contact them directly **Q: Are they bringing back the color "blue" in the underseater model?** A: I can’t tell if they are bringing back the blue, but I can say I would not buy this luggage again It’s heavy before u even put anything in and I have used twice and my wheels are already messed up **Q: Is the color Angora the same as Champagne?** A: Angora is cream-colored, I believe Champagne might be a shade darker. **Q: Why doesn’t this come in black to match the black chatelet bags?** A: My other pieces are the signature brown but I have two of the white smaller pieces that go well with them! The contrasting colors are very appealing to me. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very Durable *by R***S on August 23, 2026* Love Love Love this bag, High quality fits perfect on matching carryon, plenty of room inside to fit several items, great value for the money. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good product *by D***R on July 19, 2026* Looks great! I’ve been purchasing this brand for my wife for several years now, and she loves the set. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great for travel *by J***S on October 23, 2022* Love the look of the suitcase. It fit perfectly under the seat of the airplane. I didn’t have to worry when too many people had carry ons and had to have them checked. I also use it to carry my laptop and all the other stuff I need for work. There are a few pockets but it’s pretty much just an empty shell. If that’s what you’re looking for then this is sturdy and looks sophisticated. Only issue is that the lock that came with it didn’t work. ## Frequently Bought Together - DELSEY PARIS Chatelet 2.0 Softside Luggage Under-Seater with 2 Wheels, Chocolate Brown, Carry on 16 Inch - DELSEY PARIS Chatelet Air 2.0 Hardside Luggage with Spinner Wheels, Chocolate Brown, Carry on 20 Inch - DELSEY PARIS Chatelet 2.0 Travel Laptop Backpack, Chocolate Brown --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/422458016-chatelet-air-2-0-16-inch-underseat-luggage-chocolate-brown](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/422458016-chatelet-air-2-0-16-inch-underseat-luggage-chocolate-brown) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-10-01*
