A well-designed product that gives great peace of mind
This comes in lovely premium packaging that makes it look great, particularly as a gift. Here are my main highlights for this product:✔ Discreet, does not disturb baby✔ Accurate and fast readings✔ Multi-device access✔ Simple app with useful functions✔ Fast charging✖ Expensive✖ App could give more analysis—--------This is a brilliant device for monitoring your baby during their most vulnerable period of life. It monitors pulse rate and oxygen levels, the two most important indicators of distress in a young child. This unit is clearly based on those used in maternity wards, and appears to be of a similar standard. It is much more home-friendly of course. Connection to the base station via app is simple and takes about five minutes to set up. The app itself is logically laid out and does the job of getting you the information you need as quickly as possible. The memory function allows you to monitor over long periods to spot trends, although I wish this idea was more fleshed-out for those parents with a scientific/medical interest. The alarms are loud enough that you won’t ever miss them, particularly on the base unit. The sock itself has not yet come off in the night and doesn’t seem to cause any discomfort at all. It needs to be cleaned of course, but that is easy enough to do.Overall I can say that although £300 is a lot of money this is a unique product that does the job perfectly. After all, what price do you put on your child’s health?

So impressive !
The Owlet Smart Sock 3 is a baby monitor that tracks your child's heart rate, oxygen levels and sleep patterns. It's designed to give you peace of mind when your little one is sleeping. The Owlet Smart Sock 3 was designed with parents' needs in mind. It's simple to use and easy to set up, and it doesn't require any additional equipment! One of the best parts about this monitor is that it helps you track your baby's sleep patterns so you can make adjustments as necessary. You'll know if they're sleeping too much or not enough—and what exactly they're doing while they're sleeping. The Owlet Smart Sock 3 also tracks temperature, which gives you an idea of whether your little one is too hot or cold at night—and how well their body is regulating its temperature on its own. This can be helpful in determining if there are any underlying health concerns or issues that might need further medical attention. It might seem to be expensive but when it comes to monitoring something as important as your child's health, it's important to be able to trust the device doing the job.Highly recommended!

Very impressed, cleaver idea well executed!
The media could not be loaded. We are about to have our second child in about 5 weeks time and dredging my thoughts back to those sleep deprived first anxious few months of our first born, lying still in bed trying to hear our little boys breathing in the Moses basket makes me think this is a brilliant idea!On top of that its been executed really well, with me not really being able to fault anything about the whole experience from the physical product to the app, which trust me is a rare thing!I did have a slight niggle when setting up the Owlet wifi where I think I put the wifi passcode in the wrong place, but that was me not the product, and it all resolved itself in about a minute anyway. So this is a sock which has a SPO2 monitor as well as a heart rate monitor and sleep monitor all built into a little unit which charges off a puck that sits on your bedside table. This can then relay all the info into a very slick app to notify you if anything is not as it should be, as well as sounding an alarm on the base unit.I've done a review video of what's included and how it all works, and although we haven't been able to try it on our expected baby, i'm still dead impressed. Yes its really quite expensive at over £300 but I feel like its as reassuring as you can get that baby is doing ok whilst safe sleeping in their own cot. Anyway have a look at the video to make your own mind up, I hope you find it useful, but its a recommend from me!P.S. sorry for all my sniffles in the video, I have a stinking cold!

Wow!
As a Mother to a Child and wanting another Child one day this is an absolute incredible discovery on Vine for my honest review! I've heard so much about Owlet before and I knew that if I had another baby I'd love one due to the reassurance it gives a Parent, most of my friends of babies have had one and they claim there aren't any false alarms which is amazing.Tracking a newborns heart rate, oxygen levels and sleep in the first year is so important due to the risk of anything going wrong, it offers that reassurance to any new Parent. This alarts you by lights and sound through the base station and phone app notifications which is highly useful. It uses pulse-oximetry technology that has been proven both safe and accurate on babies. This third generation Owlet’s free baby monitor phone app gives you real-time notifications and let's you see your baby’s heart rate and oxygen levels from anywhere. The Sock Baby Monitor fits most infants from 0-18 months or 6-25 pounds, perfect for growing! I love that it comes with spare socks so you can wash and use others, the Rainbow design is absolutely gorgeous and will suit our Rainbow baby. This is a very expensive product but I remember after my last baby, I was up and down all night checking on her and I could never settle fully to go to sleep so I'd pay that much for reassurance of my child any day, it's so important and useful for new parents! Can't reccomend this enough, it's extremely helpful.

Perfect way to monitor baby’s wellbeing.
Perfect way to monitor baby’s wellbeing. This Owlet sock is just fantastic - it has given us great peace of mind that all is well with our little one. It’s certainly not cheap but for the innovation/safety and peace of mind if is well worth it. The app is easy to setup and is intuitive to use.Certainly recommend this to any new or anxious parent of a baby.
