Finally switched from rolls — never going back
I’ve used rolled parchment for years but flat sheets are a game changer. No curling, no fighting the paper to stay in the pan, no weighting down the corners. The 12x16 size fits perfectly next to my cookie sheets for storage, which sounds like a small thing but makes a real difference in kitchen organization. They’re always flat and ready to grab. Performance is exactly what you want from parchment — nothing sticks, nothing burns on the bottom, and cleanup is as simple as lifting the sheet and tossing it. Sales a lot of cleanup!
I bought these for baking croissants, but I use them for just about everything I bake or reheat in the oven. Great value for the money and they fit on my half sheet rimmed pans. Not a perfect fit, but close enough.

Makes my life easier.
This is the third time I have ordered these parchment paper sheets...I love them! It is so easy for me. I am disabled and my hands don't work so great anymore and having the parchment in ready to use sheets is a huge plus for me. I have shared them with my friends who are able-bodied and they also love the convenience. I also like the grid lines so if I need to cut them smaller it is a breeze.
