Shelly Fabares Meets Paul Peterson

At the risk of giving away my age, I grew up with shows the "The Donna Reed Show", "Leave It To Beaver", etc.! Shelly Fabares and Paul Petersen both starred on the Donna Reed Show, so this CD is definitely "a blast from the past!" The music of the 50's was so simple and melodic -- very nice to listen to.

I grew up watching the Donna Reed Show and was a big fan of both Shelly Fabares and Paul Peterson. I loved the episodes where she sang "Johnny Angel" and he sang "My Dad". I recall having the 45 rpm records of each as well. This is a great CD and an awesome way to reminisce.

When I heard those songs I thought of "The Donna Reed Show", that both Shelly Fabares and Paul Petersen were on. Also when those songs were popular. they brought back such wonderful memories.

Enjoyed the music and although it may not be everyone's cup of tea and especially if not in the same age bracket but I was pleased.

I love The Donna Reed Show and Shelly Fabares was one of my favorite female singers, Johnny Angel will always hold a warm spot in my heart. I must have sung that song a million times and played it on the piano too!

Arrived in great condition and on time.Wish there were more songs though.Paul Peterson in Disney's Millionaire was wonderful. Too bad he didn't do more movie work. He is making up for it now though!

I am so glad to have purchased this cd. The songs take me back to a more innocent time. It brings back fond memories of the sitcom, the Donna Reed show where these singers played brother and sister. Johnny Angel and My Dad are stand out hits.
