What a difference this makes! I had a custom made firepit that cost me almost a grand. Since I've had it I've struggled to keep it lit because I live in the high desert and the winds are brutal at times. This completely solved the problem. It's so easy to assemble and doesn't require any additional tools. The glass is really thick and heavy enough that I'm not worried about it blowing away or needing to be mounted. It has enough weight to keep it in place just by setting it into the fire pit. It looks great too!

Really love this- substantial and easy to assemble. Used this to enhance a $100 contemporary Gas fire pit from home depot. It completely upgraded the appearance and protects the flame from wind and provides barrier for our pets. Suggest cleaning before attaching - I Forgot to clean off fingerprints and its a little bit awkward once installed.

I ordered 18x18 because I was guessing the corners would add 1/2 an inch which was correct. The opening for our fire pit/ table is 18". I was going to get the 18.5", I'm very pleased I didn't. The 18" goes 1/4 inch past the opening on all sides. I read previous reviews that said the glass has a "caution hot" on it. The company must have fixed that because there was nothing on the one I received. Instead it has a sticker that you DO NOT have to place on the glass that say "caution hot" with the logo. The glass is thick and seems sturdy. The packing was unbelievably well thought out. I save the box and packing for when we move. Over all it was worth the money and works great.

this was exactly what I was looking for the packaging was secure. Nothing was broke. Nothing was missing once assembled. It definitely was an upgrade to what I had existing on my fire pit.

The Fire Table manufacturer wanted too much for a glass guard. I was worried about purchasing something on my own for fear of ill-fit, and several other glass guards had poor reviews for sturdiness. This item was easy to assemble, had great instructions, and is sturdy enough that I can carry it without worrying about it collapsing. It fit my fire table surround perfectly (you want an inch or two buffer between the edge of the fire pan and the cleats on the glass surround). Highly recommend!

Easy to put together. Be sure to put the rubber guards in the screws first. (So you won’t lose them). I put mine together indoors (again so many screws). The glass is thick tempered glass yet easy to handle. I ordered mine two inches larger than the gas portion of the pit and was perfect size. It is high enough to give protection against the wind and small hands. The glass gets warm but not hot so the performance is good. I highly recommend with its mid range price point.

concerns of size, and the way this with sit were alleviated by and other individuals, precise measurement review, I thank that reviewer for that precise information. Details are important! Others had mentioned they were short shipped, but mine came complete, put it together, and it looks wonderful, and will help with the wind block for sure! each manufacturer is different in details, and details matter. This is the 3rd wind guard and thank God it worked out! The legs are directly below the corner pieces, unlike others, which makes it sit where it is supposed to be. Others have legs and rubber pieces that are offset and are either in the fire pit bowl or half on and half off.

I really enjoy my fire table now . The wind no longer makes the flames wild and dangerous for the people around the table . Only thing is that the feet on the unit are aluminum …it may scratch the top …only time will tell

It really adds to the look of the fire table. Especially with fire glass & not lava rocks. The wind guards should be standard with every fire table purchase. It helps to contain the flame without losing the ambiance. This fit my 16x16 fire-plate perfectly with a 2” allowance. The price could be cheaper as it’s just glass & brackets. Definitely recommend.
