My old batteries stopped working after 12 years. The new ones I purchased are not working. Worked a little at first then only once in a while gets a flash of energy. Very frustrating.Updated this rating because the seller contacted as soon as comment was posted and offered a replacement. Appreciate the immediate response.

Exceptional seller!
Just installed battery in key fob a few weeks ago. So far, no problem. Too soon to comment on longevity. Good price and warranty. Seller seems anxious to please customers.UPDATE: After 3 months, the fob still worked, but I had to hold it next to starter switch to start car. Hadn’t used any of remaining batteries since fob still worked. Contacted seller about this just to let them know battery might be losing charge quicker than expected. They addressed my concern promptly and were exceptionally generous in their effort to help me...will send replacement batteries to ensure my satisfaction with their product. I would say this seller is proud of their products and anxious to please their customers. Exceptional treatment in my view.
