Not a bad topper but the balloon is a massive disappointment as the sequins inside are too heavy and just sit at the bottom!

The balloon was awful, does not look like picture, looks dirty and the bits inside just stick to bottom.The rest of the product was very nice and easy to ise

I was so disappointed with the quality of this Product. It looks spectacular in the company picture. Its thin , separate bits of cardboard that you have to assemble yourself (they do include some sticky buttons to attach them ) so not great looking but doable but the balloons was the most disappointing and that's the reason I bought it. There are no instructions for assembly. There is a plastic gadget which fits onto a stick but how would you attach the balloon to it? And the balloon itself is nothing like that shown. It's an awful colour and has a few coloured bits of paper in it which just sit in the bottom of bit, it looked so pathetic that I binned it and converted the coloured straw with a heart and the ribbon myself. I certainly would not recommend it.
