The description of the product might be confusing. Here is a more useful description:- The product is heavy. But that is understandable given the 30000 mAh capacity. If you want something light to put it in your pocket while traveling, this is not your choice. If you want something that lasts for several days without recharging, this is definitely your choice then.- While the product description mentions high-speed charging, this is not the "fast-charging" you are used to. This is just the normal 2.1 A charging speed. So expect to charge around 15% of your phone batter in 1 hour.- The power bank lasts long. In 1 hour of charging your phone, you will consume less than 2% of the bank power. So you can more or less charge your phone fully with around 13% of the power bank. So you can take the power bank with you on a trip or camping and charge your phone for multiple nights without worrying about the power bank draining.- The power bank charges slowly. You should expect that given the 30000 mAh capacity. It will take around half a day to charge it fully with a fast-charging charger (it will take longer with a normal charger). So you can leave it overnight charging then you will be fine. If you want a power bank that charges faster, you can choose the 10000 mAh, but also these ones drain faster.If this power bank was capable of actual fast-charging, I would have given it 5 stars easily.

It may take around 8-12 hours (likely due to my 5w charging cube) to charge, but it lasts FOREVER before you need to charge it again. Not to mention the bank is a MASSIVE 30,000 mAh. There is even a screen that will show the percentage of battery that is left (there is a little button to press, it's not constantly shown).

I received this unit the other day. They included a card in the box with a QRCode that said register for "LIFETIME GUARANTEE" and get access to more product features, Instructions and Customer Service. I tried on my cellphone and also on the web with no success. You can get to the website, but when you enter your Amazon Order Number, it won't recognize it. I sent an email to the customer support address on the card and it bounced back as UNDELIVERABLE. Tried to send my email from another email account and that too bounced back as undeliverable. What good is a "LIFETIME GUARANTEE" if you can't even register it or contact customer support?? I wish I could give it a big fat ZERO STARS!!!!! The only thing on their website is a box to enter your order number. No phone number or email address or product information.

I have been wanting a battery bank to charge my phone and laptop in my bag. Was looking at more expensive models but decided to try this one first. I am glad I did. It fits perfectly in my backpack's battery pocket and has two USB type A ports that work for my laptop and phone.I have been using it at least once a day all over the week (only on my phone) and it is still at 63%. So I basically don't need to worry about recharging it for over a week each time. Love that.This isn't a battery bank to carry in your pocket with your phone or hand both in one hand, but you could in a pinch. This should be used for your backpack, car or something like that. I don't even notice a weight difference in my backpack. Highly recommend.

Not great for someone with a back or neck injury due to weight• I have never misused or dropped this. It usually stays at home on the same table. The other day I reached for it and there was no charge. I used all available ports to try to charge this and it won’t come back. It is broken. It died. A big hunk of toxic technology that I’ll throw in the recycling bin at Target.6/21/21 - I’m writing the above review today and hope customer service contacts me and offers a replacement or refund. I hope to update this with a positive resolution!
