I needed something to replace the containers that apparently harbor pfsa so I got glass. Did well in the oven but does take much longer to cool and arguably gets hotter so if you have a gas oven like me, set at a lower temperature than recommended.

I’d been using an 8” baking dish, and some recipes suffered. Glad to add this to our home.

I got this to use in my convection oven because using a glass baking pan cleans up so much easier than aluminum baking sheets or pans. I’m done lining those aluminum sheet pans with foil or parchment paper to bake chicken, fish, roasting vegetables, etc. and then trying to clean the pan to my satisfaction. You can use this particular glass pan to bake or roast up to a 482 temp., some only go up 450. I highly recommend!

The dish is easy to handle and heats evenly ... It's not non-stick so "pam" might be required .... Should last a lifetime if taken care of 😊

I ordered the 9 inch square glass pan because I only have an 8 inch square pan. I recently found several recipes requiring a 9 inch square pan. L

This dish is made of a thicker glass than most such baking dishes. It's a bit heavier as a result but not difficult to use. We love it!

Perfect for casseroles, caramel sticky buns. I think it will easily feed six if you have side dishes to go with it. We love us some tater tot casserole!
