Putting the chandelier together is a little bit like eating an elephant. You have to do it a bite at a time once you get started if you do it step-by-step it will turn out really well. I found that the hardest part of assembling the chandelier is simply connecting the wires at the base. There are 10 wires that have to be connected twice for the chandelier to work. What you need to do is group them in threes. This way when you connect them together, you’re only hooking together four wires instead of nine at the same time it took me a full hour of struggling to figure this out. If my video successfully attaches to this review, you will notice that I built a framework to suspend the chandelier from while I was putting it together. It is impossible to assemble this item unless you suspend it while you were attaching all the glassware and hardware. So plan on hooking it to something and having it dangling in the air or you will never be able to put it together. . So if you take my advice, you will do two things, you will combine three wires into one at the beginning and suspend the chandelier while you’re putting it together. In the end, it is quite beautiful and ridiculously cheap for the quality.

This chandelier was a bear to put together just as the other reviewers said. My daughter who loves to do this type of thing put it together with very little help from me. I tried to help her, but I do not have the patience she has with assembling projects. My handy man struggled to hang it on a 15 foot ceiling, but with the three of us he managed to do it. When it was done it was AMAZING!!

This is a beautiful chandelier it was exactly what I wanted. I wanted my entryway to have a lot of classy and fancy and also a soft romantic vibe this is what the chandelier brought to my home. Installing the chandelier does take a While.. The little crystals have to be connected on when you look at reviews and you see the pictures of others chandeliers they all look the same.. in my situation I want to be different inside the box did have some extra charms and I decided to do something different with my chandelier as you can see in my video and in my picture you can get really creative with them.. on the chandelier have little holes where you will connect the charms, but you will find that you have extra ones.. The lightbulbs that is in my chandelier Are E12 lightbulbs I got a soft white I think if you get a yellow lightbulb it may take away the whole vibe of the chandelier.. was this chandelier easy to install yes it’s gonna take you a while to get all the pieces out but it’s easy the directions are not very clear so use your best judgment and you’ll be fine. Will I recommend the chandelier I sure will it’s beautiful it’s gorgeous get Creative with them extra charms get creative like I did..

Got the smokey 6 light chandelier. LOVE it. It makes my bedroom feel like I'm in a luxury hotel. It makes light dance around the room. We have 9 foot ceilings and it works, but I definitely would not recommend it if your ceilings are less than 9. It is a large fixture. Can't believe the quality for the money. It is all real glass and came intact with all parts and even some extras. I feel that if I saw this in a lighting gallery I would expect to pay 4 times as much. Now, I have to put one in my mom's room. She's jealous. :)

Espectacular

This is a beautiful timeless lighting piece for my new home. It shipped out promptly after I placed my order and arrived very quickly. I was super excited to open the box, and that excitement soon turned to anger. I became angry because I so badly wanted this light to illuminate my foyer. Alas, the total absence of instructions left me with no choice but to request a refund of my money. I tried, my contractor tried and my buddy all tried to assemble this thing with only epic failure to boot. I would greatly appreciate sufficient instructions on putting this beautiful item together. Until then, I'd only appreciate a full refund at this time unless you plan to compensate me for my wasted time and the money I had to pay my contractor for coming out to put it together and install it for me. Lastly, I'm really not happy with the messy packing foam that it was shipped in. This stuff came out the box as soon as I opened the box and it takes forever to clean up this mess.

I like that they are real glass and not acrylic like the one in home depot and its bigger and cheaper for the size. Of course the instructions are always vague but if you have ever put chandeliers up you know the drill. It's easier to assemble the crystals on the ground by sections and then once the chandelier is up on ceiling start hanging the crystals sections on a ladder. I learned this after 4 chandelier installations all over the house. This chandelier brand has a good length chain which I found some other brands to have a very short chain and wire and I didnt have the option to lower the other chandeliers I purchased. Overall this brand is pretty good quality for the price. They should add a few extra pieces should some pieces arrive broken but this brand wraps everything pretty well. Another brand I order wasnt so well packaged.

This is a beautiful chandelier and amazing value for money, I searched in a lot of shops before buying this and nothing came close for the money! It does need assembling and it will take about an hour but I came well packaged and labelled with good instructions. I found a you tube video that helped with assembly and we did get an electrician to install it but it was not hard.

Bisogna improvvisarsi elettricisti per montare tutti i fili, però il risultato è davvero bello. Acceso poi.. fa davvero una figura incredibile. La foto allegata non rende giustizia. E' chiaramente vetro e non cristallo, però brilla molto una volta acceso con led freddi. Arrivato imballato perfettamente tra il polistirolo, scatolone enorme e protettivo, con le istruzioni i guanti ecc. Un venditore serio. Sono molto soddisfatta!

Pour notre salon. Un peu compliqué à monter. Il suffit de prendre son temps. Je l'ai indiqué au fournisseur qui m'a très courtoisement répondu. Il travaille sur un mode de montage plus aisé à mettre en oeuvre. Le résultat est vraiment magnifique et nous en sommes plus que ravis. Je recommande chaudement.
