I had to buy these when I read the contents. They have 10 more additional enzymes than the number of enzymes from what I bought at the store. Enzymes are the workers in nutrition. The way it was explained to me is our foods are the building materials. But without enzymes nothing gets done. The enzymes are the "workers" that make sure the materials for building a healthy body gets taken care of properly.

These are awesome! Been using them for the past 2 weeks and noticed a big difference.

After taking these supplements before my meals, I noticed I've gotten hungrier faster which means it's working! I haven't had an instances of indigestion thus far and overall, I appreciate the vegetable capsules and the amount of strains contained in the product. It's perfect except the fact that there is a weird, unexpected taste that makes me want to gag after throwing it in the back of my mouth and swallowing it. It smells disgusting. The entire bottle reeks of it! But...as with all medicine...if you want to get better you must endure it. It's probably the smell from the enzymes.

The Digestive Enzymes seem to be of high quality. I have had digestive issues through the years and just started taking them. I could feel the difference right away.

When I experienced intestinal discomfort,I took this product along with a little ACV. Within 20 minutes I felt a lot better. This product is effective enough that I only take it sometimes, not daily. As with all such products, make sure you take this with a full glass of water.
