Works! Does the job!

Great value. Hard to find in the stores. Love that it actually softens clothes without the strong scent. Perfect for people with allergies.

I have had a lot of skin irritation; someone suggested it might be related to laundry products. I tried this fabric softener, and the itching has subsided. It also leaves my clothes soft. Very pleased.

This is a very small bottle of fabric softener. It's a great product but way too expensive. You're better off getting somewhere else. I would return it, but I ran out. Nevertheless I will not buy again.

Not satisfied with size,

PROS:ONLY fabric softener I use because it works wellLOVE the UNSCENTEDGOOD SIZECONS:There wasn't the great deal on TWO I got a few days later (which I SNAGGED even though I had just gotten this one). SO NOTHING WRONG with it, just watch for the deals, especially on a two pack!

Now that I am older I am extremely sensitive to chemicals in softeners, laundry detergents, toilet paper, and a hose of other products. I use Downy as it is the only softener to which I do not break out with rashes or sores.

I thought this was a bigger amount

After about 20 weeks & 20 loads this liquid has turned into a thick goop. I thought I might have had a defective bottle so I ordered another one - same thing happened. Adding extra water doesn't help for long, it's back to goop in a couple weeks. Some kind of bizarre chemical reaction maybe? Not like I mixed anything in. Makes it hard to pour although it still seems to be working as a fabric softener. I guess it just expires after 6 months? Too bad - I chose it because it is one of the few that doesn't add some nasty artificial scent.

Leider war ich ziemlich enttäuscht. Es kam völlig verklumpt an, so dass ich aus eine Flasche bequem 2 gemacht habe und es hätte für gut noch 1 Flasche mehr gereicht. Es löst sich selbst nach intensivem Schütteln nicht auf und viele Reste von dem (teuren) Weichspüler bleiben im Spülfach zurück. Vermutlich war das Produkt (ur)alt und ich musste das ausgerechnet erwischen. Frischegeruch gleich null, für denjenigen, der es mag ist das okay; die Wäsche ist weich nach dem Spülgang, aber vom Duft her nicht vergleichbar mit Downy April fresh. Naja, schön ist anders. Wieder was dazu gelernt. Bin wieder zu meinem Downy April fresh zurückgekehrt. Man sollte eben bewährte Produkte behalten.

I should have read the description the size of the bottle is very small you would get better value buying in the store.

Love the size of these bottles, easy to keep on shelves and weight is great. ALSO A VERY GOOD PRODUCT.

I would say this fabric softener is just "okay". I believe it fulfills its sensitive and scent free promise very well as I haven't been irritated by anything since starting to use it, however I wouldn't say it's too effective at softening. Also, this bottle is very small and IMO it will not last 40 loads. I managed to do about 15-20 loads with the bottle.
