Gorilla Mounting Tape XL

Amazing Strength!!! stuck some lightweight wooden kitchen racks onto my tiled wall after me using the LLPT brand and that brand was terrible but GORILLA hands down just blew the competition away as they never fail to disappoint. I'm just sticking with Gorrilla products from now on when it's to do with glues and tapes as they seems to offer the best quality products that do actually work. this nano tape is crystal clear not sure about its waterproof qualities as I'm not putting it in water but it's thick and very functional and perfect for sticking things to tiled walls. not sure about painted walls but I'm sure it would stick perfectly fine but might pull your paint of the wall as this stuff sticks like stink lol UPDATE 2 weeks in and 1 spice rack has come off the tiles, I just don't get it, I cleaned the tiled wall with a hot wet cloth to remove any grease which there isn't any as my tiles are spotless and I then clean the tiles with isopropyl alcohol so I know the tiled surface is spotlessly clean and I even warmed up the wall as the nano tape will stick better to a slightly warm wall rather than a cold surface and I've stuck it yet again another light weight spice wooden rack onto my wall for the 3rd time now as it came off the wall using the LLPT product so I used this gorilla nano tape and I thought it was doing great but it came off my tiled wall a 2nd time so I've now stuck the rack up on a different place in my kitchen as another rack is still stuck on the tiles using gorilla nano tape so I'm just thinking maybe the first place I stuck it must be a moisture problem or something im not even sure but im not going to give up on gorilla products as i know there good quality.

This stuff don’t mess around.. once you actually get the underside of the tape off. Very difficult to separate the non sticky covering off the tape as the tape itself has a medium gel like texture which takes a real bit of fiddling to get off. Frustrating at times. The tape itself when you get it apart is SO strong and 100% recommended. Sticks to basically any surface.

Darn good stuff! I used this outside on an old window and it stuck to it nicely. Its a little pliable so you can manipulate it quite well, but for all that it can stretch a bit, its really pretty strong. Its suggested that its weatherproof and I can confirm that its been in direct and pretty heavy rain on multiple occasions and it remained stuck fast. Its also pretty thick, so if the surface is a bit uneven (clean, but bumpy etc) it can be moulded into the correct shape. The rolls are fairly long and got the job done, although I needed two rolls to complete. Id say its well worth the money and does exactly as it says on the tin.

I used this Gorilla double sided mounting tape to stick down some LED lights in my car because the original tape that came with them was really weak and kept failing. From the moment I applied it I could tell this was much stronger. The tape grips immediately and holds the lights firmly in place even after weeks of driving with bumps, heat, and vibrations the lights haven’t moved at all. What I also like is how easy it is to work with and also how clear it is so you can see exactly what you are doing. You can cut it to the exact length you need and it’s a little stretchy and thin enough to sit neatly without being bulky. Once it’s pressed down it feels like it’s really locked in. It’s perfect for any small electronics or decorations where a proper long lasting hold is essential. I wouldn’t trust anything else in my car after trying this and would highly recommend this!

This tape is a total letdown. Seriously, it can't even hold up something as light as a Christmas decoration. At first, it seems okay, but then, boom – everything comes crashing down. Talk about a flop! I tried sticking it on different things, like an outdoor sensor light – bad idea. The light sensor fell right off and broke. Also, don’t get me started on how it failed with a neon strip light. This tape is a joke. Save your money and buy something else that actually works.

Really dangerous! None of the things I tried to tape worked and as a last hope I tried to fix a very light frame to the wall and after 20 min it crashed and some glass cut me. Anyways I hope others will have more successful.

Really efficient. I Used it for a white board in my kitchen in which we write everyday. It's been up for more than a month now and haven't move. I'll order more for my frames.
