NO, you cannot see through it. It is wonderful felt. The colors are vibrant and the weight of the felt is great. Not too thick and not too thin. Would definitely order this item again.

Where is the felt manufactured?

Considering all of the typos in the description, the fact that I can find it on eBay from the same seller reference code, and I can find it on Amazon China, I'm pretty certain it's made in China
