I’ve been really enjoying Applied Nutrition’s Cream of Rice. It’s become a really convenient way of getting my carbs in without having to prepare a full meal. The texture is smooth and creamy, and it mixes really easily with both hot and cold water or milk. I also like that you can adjust the amount of liquid depending on whether you want it thicker or more like a porridge. Applied Nutrition states that a 30g serving provides 25g of complex carbohydrates, so it’s an easy option when you want to increase your carb intake. The flavour is probably my favourite part. It tastes much better than some of the bland cream-of-rice products I’ve tried before, and it makes getting your carbs in feel more like an enjoyable meal rather than something you’re forcing down. It’s also really convenient before training because it’s light and easy to prepare. I can make a bowl in just a couple of minutes, add whatever toppings I want, and I’m ready to go. The tub is also a good size and should last a decent amount of time, especially if you’re using it regularly. Overall, really happy with this product. Great taste, good texture, easy to prepare and a very convenient carb source. Definitely something I’ll be buying again.

Shocking. Huge single use plastic container, less than half full on arrival. The argument ‘Contents may settle during transit’ doesn’t cover this. The product is rice flour and added chemicals at a ridiculous markup. Total ripoff. You’re paying for plastic waste and chemical additives. This product screams late stage capitalism.

I drink regular but when ever I make it ready and take it with me to work taste changes even the texture also like I am drinking something curry's

Overall it’s a great product, convenient for take away post workout. It’s on a sweeter side so next time I might get unflavoured as paired with sweet protein powder it gets intense. It’s easy to mix with water/ milk and creates a nice texture after microwave. The only minus is that you get a massive tub that’s halfway empty…. Such a waste!

Is auf jeden Fall kein reispudding ist eher Reismehl … aber schmeckt Sau lecker ich mach’s in shaker mit Milch und trinke es einfach … bisschen sandig im Mund aber is okay mir geht’s eher um die Schneller Kohlehydrate
