NOW Foods Supplements, Pancreatin
As I was undergoing the discomfort of gallstones this supplement helped with pain relief and my gut health. It was very easy to swallow and it had a neutral smell. Plus it it was functionally enough to get the job done.

Try it!
I felt obligated to leave a review for this product because it really does work. I started developing weird stomach aches in the past year and while I never visited a doctor to get a formal diagnoses, Google is my trusted friend and I did a lot of research on my symptoms....i came to the realization that I probably have pancreatitis because 1. I drink a lot 2. I don't eat regularly 3. I have sluggish digestion. It never bothered me that much because well, I have high pain tolerance and didn't think it was a big deal... Until this past Friday....I woke up in the middle of the night from stomach pains that I've never really felt before besides the time I had a kidney infection along with kidney stones. I made myself go back to sleep, thinking it will go away by the morning.... It didn't go away.. In fact, it got 10 times worse... I endured the pain throughout Saturday and Sunday, with the pain more severe right after I eat and having no relief unless I took some maximum strength Tylenol...I kept trying to wait out the pain but it just never got better...I finally couldn't take it anymore at around 7pm this evening but didn't want to go to urgent care (I'm lazy like that)...I wasn't sure why I had so much pain in my stomach, right below the rib cage, even Tylenol wasn't working that well... Then I remembered I had this product in my medicine cabinet and figured it couldn't hurt to try some because I had symptoms of pancreatitis before...I took 3 pills (the bottle says to take 1pill 3 times a day).... About 30min later most of the pain was gone... I'm really not exaggerating because the effects were so obvious...I even managed to have an entire meal with no pain and nausea.... It is 11pm now.. Still no pain and I feel like I'm properly digesting my dinner..... This is the only thing I took today besides Tylenol at 11am this morning.... Please do give this a try if you think you might have pancreatitis, you won't regret it

I have Acute Pancreatitis. I was diagnosed the 1st week of October and I’ve lost almost 30 pounds! The pain has been so severe I was hospitalized 4 times! The worst abdominal pain I’ve EVER FELT! I’ve been in constant pain for almost a month! The 2nd day of taking these pills the tension eased up!!! I take 1-3 pills daily with or wo a meal. It’s day 4 and I feel 75% better! I need to buy a few more bottles in case something’s made up to take them off the market!! Thanks so much‼️

Works well for Pancreatitis and a related stinky situation *
A very severe pancreatitis attack took me by surprise last year and while I made it through, my pancreas can only make limited amounts of digestive enzymes and insulin. The doctor estimated that 2/3 of my pancreas is dead. Glucose levels are easy enough to check and manage with prescription insulin but there is no easy way to test enzyme function without a fecal lab test. However, if your enzyme production is low enough you will have problems with malabsorption which, in the case of low pancreatic enzyme production, means that your body has a problem digesting proteins, carbohydrates, and fats. If bad enough, you can easily determine this from the comfort of your own home! If it's as bad as mine was, there are things that will clue you in: 1 - Check that %&#$ out! If it's pale and mostly floats, or if there is a greasy film floating on the water (particularly after a high-fat meal) then you likely have some malabsorption going on. 2 - Give it the whiff test! If doing your business in the bathroom is on the verge of leaving you in tears, you likely have some very serious malabsorption going on! I mean, there is "stinky" and there is "burn your eyes and nostrils stinky". That %&#$ isn't normal, believe me. Out of desperation and fear of losing consciousness and being found like Elvis, I figured I should at least try one of these enzyme supplements after reading that many (including this brand) contain the same three enzymes your pancreas creates to aid in digesting proteins, carbohydrates and fats. Capsules like these get their enzymes from pig pancreas, which is pretty much identical to ours who are higher up on the food chain. This one had quite a number of reviews and an overall good score. Since certain foods can make your output more odoriferous than others, I've done quite a bit of testing - high carbs with or without the enzymes, high fat with or without the enzymes, things like that. I can honestly tell you that these enzymes are most definitely doing something. It does take a couple days of taking these with every meal to notice a difference (and oh boy, is there a difference!) but there is no doubt that they work. The proof is (well, was) in the toilet and with a noticeable absence of a burning sensation in the ol' olfactory. Oh, and not only do they not look so pale and sickly, they don't tend to float as much either. If you are experiencing symptoms like I've described, give this stuff a try. It really does work. I %&#$ you not. After a couple days you'll be walking around like your %&#$ doesn't stink, and you know why? Because compared to before, it really doesn't. *Yes. This is a real and honest review.

Okay Depending on Your Needs
This seems okay as a digestive aid, especially for folks on lower fat diets since there is substantially less lipase as a proportion of the mix. This is also potentially important for pets with EPI. Someone mentioned using it for a cat with limited success. It depends on the nature of their insufficiency, but there are formulations that may be more suitable when cats rely on fat for a significant part of their energy needs, and for fat-soluble vitamins. This can be especially important for animals diagnosed late with EPI and needing every calorie they can get, along with any vitamin support. There are other options with higher lipase content, but prices have surged for U.S.-origin products. An alternative is to use a Creon enteric equivalent or something like Pan-Tenex off label with the guidance of a vet.
