Very handy portable tire inflator
I've been impressed with this inflator. It's convenient being able to grab it without dragging out an air hose or needing to be near an air compressor. The rechargeable battery makes it especially handy for keeping around the shop, farm, or in a vehicle. The pressure setting is easy to use, and I like being able to set the desired PSI and let the inflator do the work. Having a range up to 175 PSI also makes it more useful than a typical small automotive tire inflator. It's a nice tool to have around for topping off tires and other jobs where getting out the full-size air compressor isn't worth the hassle. So far, it's worked well and I'd buy it again.

Not sure how I’ve done without this❤️
The unit is straightforward and works as advertised. It will either raise or lower the tire pressure to your set point. It is a huge time saver and convenience when checking and adjusting the 10 total, 80 psi load class E tires on my boat trailer and tow vehicle. The air chuck alone eliminates the frustration of trying to hold a seal with a conventional fill nozzle. The unit is large (bread loaf size) and takes seven AA batteries. (Included), which I thought was odd considering that batteries are packaged in even numbers. It did not include a coupler for connection to your supply air. Not that it’s flimsy, but it is not as heavy duty as I was expecting at this price level. Time will tell how it holds up. I think you will enjoy this toy!

Great...Especially for larger tires.
I bought this after having been given the gift of a Milwaukee tire inflator. The Milwaukee inflator allows you to set desired tire pressure and stand back while tire inflates. You don't have to stay down there on your knees while waiting for a tire to inflate. I thought it would be great to have the same type of inflator for use with my air compressor. I farm and have some very large tires that sometimes take 10-15 minutes to inflate using my old inflator. With the RapidAir, I can set my desired pressure and walk away for a bit while it inflates my tire. With the old inflator, I had to continuously hold the inflator on the valve stem while on my knees for a lengthy time if the tire was nearly deflated. I have a few tires that will lose air over the winter to the point where they're nearly flat. I love to be able to clip the hose on the valve stem, set my desired pressure, and let the inflator take over. It's an excellent purchase.

Good
Works well but can be a little tricky connecting it to a valve stem

It can literally save your life
I’m a truck driver and I change my own tires, safety is everything and this inflator is literally that. Being able to set the PSI and let it run by itself keeps you out of the danger zone while the tire is airing up. It shuts off exactly at the pressure you choose, and the digital gauge is spot-on. The build quality is solid, the hose connections are tight, and it saves me a ton of time. It can literally save your life too.

Does not work
This thing is straight trash. Keep getting a low supply issue and it just doesn’t work. Save your money. Airflow is low just keeps beeping. I’ve got it hooked to a Dewalt pancake at 120psi and nothing. It’s trash

Use it
Works great! Use it on the Farm to inflate Implement and tractor tires. Makes filling tires safer you can connect it set the pressure and walk away. With large tires that takes 3-5 min to inflate the energy in these tires is significant and being away from them in case something goes wrong can save you from serious injury or even death. Best value I have seen!!!!

Delivers as Advertised
Have been looking for a hand heals tire inflator with auto shut-off at a designated pre-set. The wife and I do a bit of off-roading in the spring and fall at the OBX which requires airing the tires down for off-road, and airing back up when returning to the road. This unit meets the requirement and can be used to air down and air back-up. It is a real time saver compared to using the air pressure gauge method. Will admit the unit is a little pricy, but on the flip side it does what it is advertised to do. So far so good…

So nice, I’ve bought twice
Well worth the money. By far one of my favourite tools, and a HUGE time saver. Perfect for big rigs to tractors. Set it to air up, or air down tires while you remove the cap for the next tire to service, or even wash some windows while it does the work!No more adding air, checking a pressure gauge, adding air, checking a gauge, adding air…….

Great preset tire inflator A++++++++
Anyone who deals with tire service should have one of these for safety and convenience. This preset tire inflator is well worth the money. Also rapid air are great to deal with and stand by thier products 😀
User
Failed
Failed after only a few uses. Inflator would not inflate, displayed air pressure as it should but failed to fill tire after very few uses. Great idea and very convenient if it actually worked as it should
User
Eats batteries.
Works but kills batteries quickly. Rechargeable won’t fit or work so kinda expensive to use. Shuts off quickly between tires. Have to keep turning it back on.
