Great sinus relief and helps clear the nose.

when your sinus are blocked, this is what you need and gives you relieve for hours

It's a lower dose of decongestant to the pure sudafed you can get at the pharmacy by literally a factor of 20. This makes for less effective decongestant action. I also do not like that it has paracetamol added because that means I cannot take it with other forms of pain relief that also have paracetamol. It's okay but I'd rather just get the more effective dose (unsure why it is not offered here on Amazon in that form as it wasn't even behind the counter at boots)

Works as described and so easy to order if you're not feeling well enough to go to the chemist. They arrived the following day.
