Q: are they quiet like to get out of the bottle at night unlike regular Tums?

They are not quiet as they have a hard shell...they are not like gumdrops.... Works very well though and tastes good with no chalky taste.

Don’t buy these. They aren’t like regular tums. The taste is awful and weird.

Q: How much sugar in each chew?

Sucrose (sugar) actually is in the ingredients. Corn syrup and maltodextrin are also in the ingredients. All these amount to sugars and I, also, would like to know just how much there is in each chew. This is important information for diabetics, but also for anyone taking these right before bed. I can't think of anything worse for teeth than to have them coated with sugar for several hours.

I don’t see it on the ingredient list unless it’s called something else

You only need one unless the heartburn is severe than eat too

Love the taste of these and they work really fast I ate two at a time when I have severe heartburn and it knocks it out quickly and very pleasant flavor

Better than the tablets

Taste great, better than the tums tablets. Downside is you domt get as many for the price of these compared to the chalky tablets. But if you want to kind of enjoy the taste and not make weird faces like you do when you eat the tablets then get these. I mean whats extra money compared to tatse.

Great Taste but Slower Relief

I really like the taste of TUMS Chewy Bites—they’re easy to take and pleasant to chew. However, I’ve found that other antacids work a bit faster and provide quicker relief for my heartburn. Still a good option if you prefer a tastier chewable!
