I graduated with a BSN back in 2009. I read books like these to keep me sharp updated and ready. Because I take care of people's lives. Mistakes are a no-no! Great reviewer and easy to understand!

Great resource. I like how it also includes complications, special procedure considerations, and ideas on documentation for a procedure

Horrible customer service. I got the book from Amazon (new), wrapped and clean when it arrived. A couple of months after I purchased the book, I went to access my eBook option. You have to scrape off the silver coating to expose the access code. Well, this did not scrape off easily, and I was only able to access 8 or the 12 numbers/letters. I called Wolters Kluwer Health Learning, Research & Practice (publishers) for assistance and the told me to send them copies of my invoice, pics of the page where the code is - which I promptly did. Only to then get a denial. : "We sincerely regret the inconvenience you've experienced. While we strive to support all learners, Wolters Kluwer is only able to provide technical assistance and access support for products purchased directly through our authorized platforms, such as thePoint. Unfortunately, we are unable to modify access permissions or replace access codes for products purchased through third-party retailers like Amazon. In cases where a third-party seller has provided an incorrect version or incomplete access, we recommend contacting Amazon directly to resolve the issue. They may be able to assist with a replacement or refund, even if the purchase was made some time ago." Amazon didn't send me a defective product, or incomplete access, this is a code provided by the publisher (directly on the back of the front cover of the book. I am more than angry!! Very disappointed that this cannot give me access seeing that the scratch off code is a defect in their book.

I have the 13 th addition of the txt book wasn’t much different than the txt book.

Not good poor illustrations I want to return it. Is it too late?

Well, the book is nice, but for the price I would expect a book with code that works.
