Does not support arc
I have returned this product, not because it is a bad product. I set it up and it works great, however it does not support Arc audio where amazon says it does. The projector itself is great though and I have returned it to swap for the tk710 that does support arc.

No dolby atmos on xbox
Do not buy this product of you intend to use for dolby atmos on an xbox. This doesn't work as you are likely, like me to recieve one with outdated firmware. I'm now going through the frustration of having to send this back for a firmware update that supposedly fixes the dolby atmos issue yet for the second day of waiting, no one has arrived to collect it.i have now given up on trying to work with benq service partner equinox as still DHL have failed to arrive and equinox can provide no update. I'm using this with the xbox in hdmi one and earc port connected to a brand new Samsung soundbar. Any other device I.e amazon fire stick works fine and all setting are correct. Do not fall into the trap of above marketing that it is compatible with dolby atmos if you are an xbox series x user.

Be warned
The benq tk700 is an excellent projector when it works. If you have a problem with it, that’s a whole different story,benq customer service it’s got to be the worst I’ve ever dealt with. If you have a problem with it they they are not interested in helping I bought one with old firmware so you cannot play 3d movies and unfortunately you cannot update it yourself like I said I would stay clear from benq.

Good quality projector
The plug doesn’t fit properly with the projector! When you move the projector (even slightly), the plug will disconnect with the projector! You will need to get your own plug for safety purposes. 10A/250V 3-pin plug.
