I’m very impressed with this ladder. It’s lightweight enough to carry around easily but still feels sturdy and safe when in use. The overall design of this product is great and folds up easy. The build quality feels like sturdy plastic. Feels a little wobbly. I stood on this product and felt safe. This is an overall good value for money and easy to use.

Durable, sturdy, stable on flat surface, lock good but keep your fingers out of the way when unlocking, not very heavy, good value for the money, good for getting up onto the top of my bus through the roof vent. Doesn’t take up much space.

I liked the simple process of extending or retracing the ladder. Lightweight ,easy adjust and sturdy. The first time I used it was to clean the gutters, and it felt sturdy and safe. The locking mechanism clicks firmly into place, which gave me confidence while climbing. I also appreciate how easy it is to retreat and store-it fits in a small corner of my garage. Love it!

Really very easy to open and use. Very light weight and yet very stable. But the collapsing is not well thought of. I’ve used it only for a few days and have always pinched my fingers a few times. The pressure when it closes can certainly break your fingers if you’re not careful.

Overall, I like this ladder and do recommend it when comparing to other options. What I like: The ladder is lightweight, which makes it easy for me to carry it around, move it up and down without too much strain. It’s compact enough when collapsed that it doesn’t dominate my storage space. What I would like to see improved: The fold-/retraction mechanism is serviceable, but it could be smoother. It takes a bit more effort than I’d like to collapse it neatly. It would be great if the ladder had an option to extend fewer steps, rather than always extending “all the way”. That flexibility would make it even more useful for intermediate-height tasks. While advertised as an A-frame/telescopic ladder with extension capability, this ladder is an A-frame only. I’d like to have one ladder serving as A-frame and extension ladder (leaned-against a wall), with the same weight/portability benefits.

Two years ago we were camping and woke in the night when a thunderstorm caused a branch from an overhanging tree to fall on our RV and broke the cover over our roof vent letting water in. As there wasn't much we could do at 2am we put a bucket under the vent and kept an eye on it during the night. In the morning I tried to find someone with a ladder, to no avail. This was a municipal campground and I was able to have the staff find a maintenance worker from head office with a ladder so I could cover the hole with duct tape. This won't happen again, I have my own ladder which I've used already to adjust my vent cover and inspect the roof. The ladder is not very heavy and appears relatively sturdy, It does what it's supposed to do and rides in the back of the truck. I won't go camping without it.
